I was visiting Moses Lake and needed to work for a while. The staff at this Starbucks are fantastic. They work together like a family and it’s clear they care about each other and their customers. Music selection and sound quality was superb from the moment I arrived. Wifi was a bit sluggish. My breakfast sandwich was a little cold in spots but no matter, was still great. And my tea was excellent.

Best service I’ve had at any Starbucks. I’m in Moses Lake on an extended business trip and go to the Stratford location often. Love the fact that they open at 3:30 am since I start work at 4am. When I dine in they serve my drink and food in ceramicware which is a very nice touch.

The girl was rude yesterday. She said my cards would not scan which I know she’s was lying because my cards worked. I kept watching her push the button on the side of the machine so it wouldn’t go through. I ordered from DoorDash. They went back to that same location. I had no clue.It was the going to be that location. They gave me a small drink when I ordered tall Dragonfruit tea. So they ripped me off Don’t suggest suggest the store on strat for road. I hope that they get different people who work there to take their job serious because it’s ripping people off customers period so it’s very expensive radio as it is but to charge almost nearly ten dollars for something that’s small is absolutely ridiculous.

Thank you Nikki! My drink? Perfect. My mood? Instantly lifted. My faith in customer service? Restored. They remembered people’s names, cracked jokes, and still managed to whip out flawless drinks like a pro on a mission. If Starbucks gave out medals, this legend would have a chest full of them.

Usually, I don’t go to this location b/c they always forget whip or add too much ice. But I went today and your new team rocks!!! The mocha had just the right amount of milk. Your staff knows their coffee’s well enough to re-direct to the right drinks (Java chip-> Cookie crumble) Well done!

I noticed a change in the store and wasn’t sure why. I learned that Nikki one of the supervisors was gone to help other stores and had returned. I feel like the crew may have missed this dynamic at the store too. Nikki has problem solved many issues for me in the past and is never upset to do it… even if it’s from another store in town I was too embarrassed to go back to.

I just went through the drive-through to see if I could purchase a gift card for my granddaughters birthday. The man at the window was extremely helpful. Gave me a choice of designs as well as putting it in a small envelope for her that I could write a personal message on. She was very happy. Which makes me very happy. Thank you.

Always get my drink order wrong and it tastes like milk and water with a hint of syrup.
This time after I payed and gave my tip he alerts me that he charged me for a larger size by accident. Instead of asking me if I want him to make it over he says he’ll add steamed milk to a larger cup since it’s the same amount of shots. But I wanted a smaller size. I said yeah it’s fine.. got my drink and it doesn’t taste like coffee at all.
Pretty disappointed. He was very polite and nice but just didn’t understand the process when you take someone’s money. Also doesn’t know how to make coffee.
