My family and I ate here a few times recently and each time I was very impressed with how friendly and courteous the staff is. They always greet us warmly and when we were leaving last time one of the young men working there even said “I hope you enjoy the rest of your day” as we were walking out. A simple gesture like that is so refreshing and made us look forward to coming back. True kindness like that is sometimes sadly missing in customer service at other places but this location stands out for how awesome all the staff is. The food is always fresh and we’ve never had any issues with our orders, even when we customize ingredients. I always get a strong sense that the staff pays close attention to detail when preparing the orders and we really appreciate that. Taco Bell locations can be hit or miss sometimes but this one is top notch! I highly recommend this store.

Service was fast, employees were friendly, and food came out hot! I mean, we are talking about fast food restaurants who usually have a bad reputation… but not this Taco Bell location!
My favorite is the Doritos Loco taco with guacamole inside!!
You can also order from these tablet stations, if you want to skip the line!

The food was terrible. My crunchwrap just had broken pieces of taco shells and was mostly flour tortilla. The only way to order is by computer as the staff doesn’t pay attention to you standing at the counter.

The place was clean, the bathrooms were clean, and the food came out fast and hot. But my biggest concern was how the manager just stood there and did nothing while work needed to be done. As you can see in the photographs, 1 male employee begins to sort out sauce packets. Then he leaves and the manager says nothing to him or to anyone else for a good 15 minutes as she continues to mingle with the male guest.

A female employee then comes in and finishes what the male employee started. But the manager stares at her for a time with a look of “what are you doing?” I’ve heard stories of this female morning manager doing similar things, but I just had to see for myself. She may be the manager, but there is no need to talk down to fellow employees. As she clearly did several times with different employees during my visit.

My entire day was…challenging. That being said, my order earlier in the day
wasn’t correct & I didn’t have the receipt. I wasn’t expecting anything, I called more for a feedback FYI. I haven’t been this impressed with an employee, anywhere, for years! I spoke to Rosa. She was exceedingly kind & listened to what I had to say without doubting or interrupting me. She offered to replace the incorrect order without hesitation. Rosa could teach a Masterclass in The Art of
Superior Customer Service! As warm & empathetic in person as she was on the phone. To her manager: Give this woman a raise! To her parents: You should be very proud! To Rosa: Thank you for bringing light into my dismal day! Integrity and kindness are rare commodities these days.

I went in during the evening close to closing time. There was no line and just two workers, but even then they made everything to my order correct and satisfactory!

Chris who took my order, double checked my meal, prepared my order exactly how I asked. And though I couldn’t see half his face, I would believe the consideration in his voice.
Michelle what’s the one to prepare my food and did it within two minutes as I pulled up to the window. She didn’t skimp on the extras I added to my Nacho Bellgrande (extra cheese and add guacamole).

They were sweet to me, even though I pulled up ten minutes before the store would close for the night. When I opened up the nachos my literal reaction was “Hehehe delightful~”. I’m grateful for the food meal! ^^ (Sorry the photo is dark since I took this in the evening.)

The food is consistent with other Taco Bells but seems to be prepared slightly better. Lots of items available that aren’t on thr menu. If you have an old favorite but don’t see it on the menu, just ask. They probably will make it for you.
