This is my first time has a bad experience at Starbucks. I just visited the DT around 11:30 a.m. and was disappointed with the service. Associate at the window seems not a good mood handed me all my order and don’t even look at me or acknowledgment, even when I said thank you since ordering if I meant to him or rude I could understand. As someone working in customer service, I feel this attitude doesn’t reflect Starbucks’ usual standard. I hope the manager can address this so customers always feel welcome.

Firstly the attitude is crazy with the male (blonde) who took my order, secondly the person who made my drink (she/he not sure dark hair who always gets my drinks wrong) made it wrong again. I swear its the last time I come to this location. I have been here 5 times and orders easy items to give them a chance and its wrong every time. Even the one time I got a simple cold brew with mocha drizzle… swear on everything yall do this on purpose cause ain’t no way you mess it up everytime.

This starbucks is definitely one of the best locations! Not only are the employees super friendly, but the customers as well! The only location I’ve had someone pay ahead for my order. The drive through has a great ease of use, no weird cement blockades on the outside that risk damaging your car (like some other locations). They also have a great selection of very comfortable seating! We spilt some coffee once when we were here, and the employees so kindly helped us clean it up! The bathrooms are also super clean as well!

I am now a fan of Starbucks.
This is a great place to meetup for coffee and a decent quaint conversation.
Tables are evenly spaced and clean.
Service is prompt and the servers are polite and very knowledgeable.
Bathrooms and general surroundings are clean and well kept.
Kudos to the Starbucks team in this location.
I will recommend anytime and will come back soon.

Sub-par food and drink quality and lack luster service for the unreasonable amount you are required to pay. On top of that, you are pressured to tip someone who agreed to the job, delivered sub-par service, at best, then shoves a tip screen in your face after pressing 3 buttons and handing you a drink. Instead of forcing your consumers to pay for your shortcomings, hire better people by PAYING MORE.

Ordered a carmel ribbon crunch, but it appears they forgot the carmel. I rarely go to this location but the last two times employees have been rude and drinks have been poorly made. Will not be returning. I ended up going to another store because I didn’t trust them to remake it correctly, and the difference is insane.
