Been here multiple times. Not the worst taco bell I’ve been to but far from the best. The food usually is subpar with things not done properly. I will say they move quick and they usually don’t forget anything in my order. But my real problem with this location is the ice machine!! It’s so disgusting to look at if you’re going through the drive thru. Straight rust, mold, and calcium build up on it – which means it’s never cleaned. I’ve worked in multiple restaurants before so I know how things can be, but if you go through the drive thru here, maybe request not ice in your drink. Take a look when going through the drive thru next time.

My family and I visited this Taco Bell location today and we were blown away by the staff here. All of them were very friendly and helpful. Two employees, however, stood out from the rest. Ian and Brant went above and beyond to make our experience great. You can tell that they take pride in their work and worked great together as a two-man team. We had several items when our order was called and Brant made sure that I got it all to the table in one trip. It didn’t stop there though. My wife used the self-service kiosk to place our order and inadvertently added jalapeño to one of our items. We were just going to chalk it up as a loss, but Ian overheard us talking about this and took the time to not only remake our item on his own, but surprised us by replacing the item without us even asking by bringing it to our table. This is what high quality customer service means to me. Exceptional, friendly service and everything was hot and delicious. We will definitely be back more often! Strong work Brant and Ian!

Nobody would take our order. Tried the self service kiosk, had difficulty so exited it and went back to the counter. Still ignored, finally the drive thru guy told them he needed somebody upfront. Still nobody came. We left. Disappointing. Prob 9 or 10 people working, making food, etc. 3 people just standing in the back. Not one person could take our order.

The girl dressed like a scarecrow at the drive thru window was rude and had an attitude. She didn’t give the sauce that I had asked for, no napkins, shoved the food box in my hand and didn’t give me a receipt. She looked like a child and was likely mad she was working Halloween

Me and my friends love the food here don’t get me wrong, but the customer service is non existent. Tell me why they got mad at us for wanting to order at the counter instead of the kiosk when we had to pay with cash. We could obviously tell they were annoyed even though they are getting paid to do that.

Went inside to pick up my order and went to get my drink. There were ants crawling all over the soda machine. Which I get ants happen so I wanted to let the girl behind the counter know instead of trying to clean the area I rudely got told there’s nothing they can do.
