I ordered three wing combos through DoorDash, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The first Dasher arrived but was somehow removed from the order. Then, a second Dasher went to pick it up and contacted me to let me know the restaurant said my order had already been picked up. She even showed them on her phone that she was the assigned Dasher, but they told her that many orders had been stolen lately. When she asked if they would remake my order, they said no. That is when she called me to explain the situation. Then she was removed and it was reassigned to someone else before finally being canceled.
If you’re aware that orders are being stolen and customers can only order through DoorDash, there should be some system in place to verify that food is being given to the correct person. This lack of care and accountability is completely unacceptable.

I’m usually a little forgiving with delivery food, but this was horrible! Worst wings I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve done two tours in Iraq and one in Afghanistan!!! Not one of the 16 wings was fully edible! Every single one tasted two days old and I’m being generous. Plus the fries were soggy and cold. Please don’t pay any attention to their ratings… To send these garbage wings out was a waste of the 50 minutes it took to the over $30 spent!! I’m telling everyone I know that this place can’t care about repeat customers. There is no way they would feed this garbage to their family, so why send it out to mine! I put the entire order in the trash!!!

The Nashville hot wings are where it’s at. There’s a lot of restaurants that pack their hot wings in sauce that will send you into a meltdown. These were delicious. Hot, but not too hot, definitely didn’t want any ranch or anything because the smokiness on these babies was perfect. The pricing was more than affordable and serving size was pretty generous. 10/10 I hope this place is open next time I’m in the area because they beat other wing joints by a long shot.

I made my order online before I read the reviews, upon reading the reviews is was shocked. I thought I that I had been taken. Needless to say that was not the case! The food arrived in a timely manner and my order was better than I expected! I guess those bad reviews worked in reverse! I was expecting the worse and best bang for my buck was what I got!
In my opinion I don’t think that JUST WINGS is totally to blame for the soggy fries some experienced and stiff or appeared to be stale or over cooked wings. It’s a combination of things.(My opinion once again), the time it’s packaged up until the time it gets to you, and also the containers themselves.
The bigger chain wing/pizza guys have carry containers that hold in heat better and longer, so that when it arrives at your door step it’s still piping hot, to appear fresher. I normally have to tell the big boys to cook my wings well done. Don’t like biting into a raw feeling or uncooked wing. Once again just my opinion. I think next time I’ll do pick up on my order that I may have a better contrast idea of just my theory

I try to be understanding of restaurants cause I used to be a restaurant manager, so I know it can get busy. But this was by far the absolute worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant, ever. Placed a pick up order, was told it’d be ready at 7:55. Literally 45 minutes later before I got my food. This was out first time trying it so I was like whatever, hopefully the food is good. Not even close. I live 2 minutes away from here & when I got home, the food was cold. Like been sitting there for an hour cold. Fries were soggy & gross, absolutely disgusting. Worst $40 I’ve ever spent my money on.

My partner and I both had extra crunchy wings, to the point it was hard to chew through the meat. Our order did not come with napkins, and there was not any seasoning on our food. Which was shocking considering I ordered lemon pepper wings and my partner had honey chipotle. I highly recommend not eating from here until they can better themselves.

First off it’s literally just Chili’s… Secondly after waiting almost 30 minutes with no one answering the phone we were finally able to get someone on the line and they told us they were “4 hours behind on orders” so we’d have to wait to get our food. Probably something that should be mentioned before charging me right??! Then after we requested to cancel the order they told us to come back in the morning to see if the manager could refund the order!!! WHAT!!!?!? Definitely would not recommend to anyone

Never even received the food, but was still charged for it because they decided to accept an order that was set to be delivered after their normal business hours, waited almost an hour, no driver, no delivery time fulfillment with no notifications from the establishment, thinking I would be protected by Uber Eats… nope, they got to keep my money for food that was never even going to be delivered in the first place.
Wish I could give a zero.
