Was two people working in front, one on subway side other doing donuts. The one in subway watched me stand for more than 5min waiting on the other girl to serve the drive thru. When I was finally waited on got the worst dozen glazed donuts I have eaten in my life. They were definitely yesterday’s. Cold and very stale. Very disappointed and the biggest kicker was charged full price for hard crusty garbage.

Will never return woman was very rude. Worker was On her phone and was not paying attention to drive thru. So my daughter honked the horn in a kind way and she was hateful rude and yelled then slammed the window on my TEENAGE DAUGHTER.

Thursday night donut is all right I like going there for time to time and get some donuts for being the wife a little expensive but what can you expect in a little bitty town but other than that I highly recommend going to this day I don’t know I think you would be highly satisfied

Go there once and awhile.
The donuts today were the
worst tasting ever.
Waste of money. Go to Collinsville
100% better.

They need to go ahead and sell this store back to the company and get out of customer service. No welcome when you walk in. Just a what do you want, total, change. If the lady working is the owner or family member of the owner she needs to just stop. Do not know how it’s stayed open. First and last time in. Someone needs to open one down the street and put their rude self’s out of business. Also won’t go to the subway there since it’s attached.

Good food. Only get half a sausage in a sausage roll nowadays. Employees act like you’re intruding on them or really annoying them to have to wait on you. There is one woman that is extremely hateful. We stop here pretty regular but are looking for alternatives.

The daylight donuts in Oologah was a disappointment, I’m pretty sure they were selling old donuts, they were cold like they’d been frozen. The lady at counter was trying to push cinnamon rolls that were broken into pieces, she gave me piece to try and it was literally hard as a rock… I know this place could be great but some things need to change before that happens. Really nice people too. Good luck guys I’ll be praying for you.
I know you can make it, just because a place has issues doesn’t mean its bad, it’s just some adjustments and you’re back to greatness!!!

Customer service is very friendly, donuts are freshly made everyday, call in are welcomed. Big orders gets 10 percent off if called in a day early. Sometimes it takes a few more minutes to get your order, but that is only when it is super busy.

I have been patronizing this place for years and I am always reluctant to go inside or really even through the drive through because the lady in the morning is always in such a bad mood and seems ready to bite your head off. Very impatient, never says hi or smiles. If you ask about a donut that looks good, she takes an acidic tone. Sometimes I’d like to try something new. If you try to point out a donut or tell her what shelf and ask what flavor that is, she continues to scowl. My suggestion is to bring in a laser pointer, don’t talk other than to say, as you are hitting a donut with the laser, that one, give me that one. Then hurry up and pay and get the heck out of there. Then go somewhere else next time.

I would prefer to visit once a week but find myself only going every few months just due to the fact that i leave the place in a mood from the way the lady acts.
