From the warm, elegant atmosphere to the delicious Italian food, everything was amazing.
The service was attentive and welcoming, and the entire team truly enjoyed the evening the girls loved it, which made the celebration extra special.
A perfect spot for holiday dinners, business gatherings, or any special occasion. We will definitely be back!

Extremely disappointing experience.
I came in on a Friday night and was greeted with the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant. The first thing I heard was that they were “short on staff,” said with a nasty tone and look — not exactly the welcome you expect when you’re coming to enjoy a meal. To make it worse, I later found out that the rude person was actually the manager herself. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I won’t be coming back. The assistant manger was nice and trying to make it up

AMAZING MEAL AND SERVICE!!!! We normally dine on 3rd when we are in town for season but Oh my GOODNESS we were absolutely blown away by our meal this evening at Pazzo!!! To begin with the sweet front of house staff were extremely friendly, Amanda was super bright, friendly and attentive, not missing a beat!!! Jenna our server was on her toes the entire evening, clearly a seasoned server with a super sweet personality. Then there was the FOOD!!!! Every single thing we ordered was outstanding. Even the anchovies for the Ceasar were out of this world!!!! Come to find out Chef is picky about his anchovies and these were as good as you can find in the Mediterranean, not the overly salted variety. Squash Ravioli lived up to its hype in a big way, huge portion too for a starter. Second starter were super fresh and delish Mussels , presentation gorgeous! Our two mains were the Blackened Grouper on handmade Linguini smothered with white sauce, hubby does not usually eat everything on his plate but he devoured it! I had the handmade Rigatoni with veal and by the taste of it ‘from braised neck bones’ absolutely the the best meal we have had all month in Naples. Bravo to the chef and crew!!!!!!

We went to Pazzo for the summer dining special for two! $35 a person includes a glass of wine, an appetizer, and an entrée! I ordered The squash, ravioli as my appetizer, it was so tasty. Could’ve been a little bit hotter, but had amazing flavor! A very nice portion for an appetizer. He ordered the meatballs, they were fantastic! We both ordered the 8 ounce sirloin steak, with with potatoes and carrots. Steak prepared perfectly at medium, rare and nice portion of potatoes definitely worth the $35 a person! With a little room to spare, we decided to order the cannolis so glad we did.!

Pazzo’s in Naples offered a lovely dining experience with some standout dishes. The Homemade Butternut Squash Ravioli was the highlight of the evening—perfectly cooked pasta with a rich, flavorful filling that truly impressed. Absolutely amazing!
We also tried the Calamari Misto and Sicilian Meatballs, both of which were solid choices. The calamari was crispy and well-seasoned, and the meatballs had a nice, hearty flavor.
For my main course, I went with the Veal Chop Parm. While it was good, it didn’t quite measure up to other veal chop parms I’ve had elsewhere, especially for the price. The chop was a little thick and flavor wise, it was missing something.
Overall, it was a great evening with good service and a cozy atmosphere.

I recently went to this restaurant for a birthday celebration. They did not disappoint. The food was excellent. The staff was amazing and the atmosphere were so beautiful. I highly recommend this restaurant if you want a really good authentic Italian dinner. And their garlic bread is absolutely amazing so delicious

Sitting outside on a nice evening was great. Pasta dishes were not cooked and needed to be sent back. Did cook it the second time and took it off of the bill. Salmon dish was skimpy and the side of pasta had 8œ small pieces in it which were not cooked. Filing water glasses was not done promptly, Menus and dirty plates were left on the table too long. Overall it was a very unpleasant dining experience.

I have never experienced such poor service and rudeness. It took an hour and a half to get our meals, and when we asked for bread to help tide us over, they said we’d have to pay for it. We wouldn’t have minded this, but you would think that it would have initially come and been complementary with an apology for slow service. The waiter finally did oblige, however, the major travesty continued when we got our bill. Two of the members in our party asked for separate checks, but It came as one. When we sent it back and asked to please separate it into four couples, they said that the one member requested it on one bill. That absolutely never happened! The waiter insisted essentially calling our friend a liar, arguing, and it escalated from there. Then we got two bills both for the wrong amount. Finally, we did get four separate checks. The manager did come by and apologize, comping the one couple’s bottle of wine, but the other three couples still felt dissatisfaction with the whole event and the way the customer service came down.

We left a review last week that our food and service was great. However, the shelf in the booth was dusty. Friends went tonight and said the chandelier over the bar was dusty with people eating under it. Please clean this restaurant. Everything else is great but we cannot eat at a dusty restaurant.
