There’s an employee here who always smiles and engages with you while preparing your food. He’s the gentleman with brown hair, and he truly makes every visit enjoyable when I come to this location. He prepares my Ty Cobb salad exactly the way I like it, and that attention to detail doesn’t go unnoticed. It’s a shame I don’t know his name, but he knows who he is—no homo lol.

Usually have great experiences here, but tonight I ordered a tofu wrap to go (I’m vegetarian). Picked it up, ate over half of it and realized I was eating chicken. Tried to call to get it replaced and no one answered (there were workers in the store and zero other customers). Super bummed, make sure you check your order carefully if you have food restrictions.

The food is ok, but I’ve been here for an hour and have yet to see anyone sweep or wipe a table in the dining room. It’s not busy; There have been about 8-10 customers total while I’ve been here. Phones have completely destroyed any semblance of work ethic fast food employees used to possess.

This place is in our weekly rotation of lunch outings since my husband and I both work from home. The food and the new menu have been great.
That being said…the other new changes are not so great. Please bring back mixing salads and bowls in the store. I know the goal is aesthetic, but its so hard to mix in the tiny bowl!
We often take lunch to go, but we ate in store today and still had disposable bowls and lids – bring back the reusable dishes for bowls!!
Again the service and new menu items are great, just not loving the other changes.

This place is almost always on point. The food is tasty, the portions feel very respecatble, the staff is friendly and consistent. When you are talking about any restaurant that is a nice feature. But when you are talking about a restaurant chain that is surprising and refreshing.

This was my first Mad Greens experience and I have to say I was impressed. The food quality was top notch and the flavor in my southwest bowl was delicious. Its $20 for a bowl but it’s a huge portion. Plus at 43 grams of protein in one bowl you can easily split into two meals. I’ll be back.

The first impression I received when walking into this joint was how clean the place is! The staff was a bunch of young bloods that were a little shy when approaching the guests. But other than that they were very helpful and professional. All of the food looked fresh and delicious! My toco salad was actually very delicious I love that my toco meat was warm! Would I come here again ? Yes. Most definitely! Mad greens also has a reward program if you download the app!

Every time I come to this location, the customer service is disappointing. The shift lead is consistently in a bad mood, unapproachable, and doesn’t take the time to make sure orders are correct. I had to tell one of the workers they forgot to add avocado to both of my salads—which shouldn’t happen. On top of that, the portion sizes are noticeably smaller than at other MAD Greens locations.
To make matters worse, they even managed to mess up the mac and cheese. It was cold, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Seriously disappointing and honestly, pretty embarrassing for a place that’s supposed to serve fresh, quality food.
I won’t be returning to this location. If you like MAD Greens, I’d strongly recommend visiting a different one.
