What this place lacks in atmosphere they make up for in flavor. Absolutely delicious chicken shawarma Greek salad. The chicken was a bit dry but so flavorful! Fresh romaine, tomatoes, red onions and Kalamata olives and a generous amount of feta made this salad a meal! Surrounded by crispy pita chips and served with your choice of dressing. I chose the Italian because the house is made with lemon. I ordered the salad without the cucumbers. It was prepared as ordered. #allergygirl

This place was very good, they gave a lot of food with their kebab plate. We ordered two kebab plates and they come with meat, rice, cucumber tomato salad, hummus and bread, all for about $20. They make the food to order and we ate there. The only thing I would suggest is the dining area is a bit stuffy, the flys like to linger in there and it think they could use a large room fan to keep them away. I do like the complimentary water. Overall, it was delicious and I hope to return to eat outdoors.

Finally stopped in here after being told how good the food was and I have to say, the food is not good, it’s AMAZING!
We got one Beef and one chicken Shawarma, the medium hummus and the Ibrahim threw in a free baklava!
The shawarma was full of meat and fillings. The flavor is exactly what you want from Mediterranean food. The chicken was great but the beef was my favorite.
The hummus was better than anything you could ever buy in a grocery store. It was delicious.
The baklava was the perfect end to an already perfect meal. So authentic and baked to perfection. I will definitely be back for more.
I don’t write long reviews often but when I do it’s because it’s just that good! (Or that bad lol)

Petra had an excellent assortment of options on their menu. We had the dinner plate with kebabs. We decided to go with one chicken and one lamb. The meat was extremely tender, moist and flavorful. The rice that the kebabs were served on was absolutely delicious and very aromatic. It was very moist as well. We got the baba ghanoush as an appetizer and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. It seemed like they put artichoke hearts in the mix in addition to the normal ingredients and it was very tasty and the serving sizes were quite large. You definitely get more than you pay for. We were just visiting Tehachapi for a day trip, but we’ll have to go back in order to eat here again.

I ordered takeout online for lunch today. It was our first time eating here. The beef and chicken gyros on pita had a very generous helping of meat. The pita was soft and the meat was well seasoned. It was a slightly different flavor than I’m used to – seemed more earthy? The cheese baklava was intriguing so I ordered one. Wow – it is a big portion! You could easily share it. I absolutely loved it. I would go here just for the cheese baklava. I was a little underwhelmed by the garlic fries. They were quite soft and seemed to have a stronger (amazing) aroma than flavor somehow. The staff seemed friendly. It looked clean inside. We’ll be back to try some other menu items.

First time trying it the other day and omg I was amazed at how delicious and fresh everything was I really loved the beef and chicken shawarma along with their side of salad and hummus with pita bread also got to try their meatball sandwich and it was delicious. 5/5 stars ⭐️ I will definitely be ordering from here in the near future they definitely outdid themselves and are way better than the local spot I went to near home. You guys gained a new loyal customer

What a treat! We were in RV and needed to go dinner. All very fresh and made to order. The Moussaka was big enough to share. We did several sides as well.
