Enjoyed trying multiple items on the menu. The phots speak for themselves. By 5 PM on a Friday, restaurant is very busy and I suggest making a reservation. The calamari was excellent. Everyone working there was very nice. They have a mix of table seating and pub style seating. Also options to sit at the bar. The music was not too loud and allowed for good conversation.

Saturday evening. First time guests and it may have been the best meal/service/atmosphere I’ve had in a long time. We didn’t have reservations but they sat us right away. Our server Stacy was so pleasant and informative. She walked us through the menu and even told us the specials they have for different nights of the week. (We’ll be back for prime rib Thursday!).
I had the special of the Filet and it was cooked perfectly. The carrots were excellent and the mashed potatoes were made with skill. My Wife had the crab roll. Light and flavorful.

Not what I expected. It was a complete surprise to have a far better than normal filet served to me in the National Public House in Leechburg. It is located with no fanfare and no buildup in an older building in downtown Leechburg. It has limited seating and certainly not fancy. Just good food and a lot of smiles.

This is one of my favorite local places! If I can sneak a dinner out here with my spouse, family, friends I mention it. One of my best friend & I’s favorite local girl date location. Have never been disappointed in the food. The bar area lighting use to be dark but has been improved. Sometimes it is loud, and when busy service is slower, as expected, but everyone has always been pleasant and attentive.
Have not sat in the restaurant area since it’s been reopened under NPH. One time my spouse ordered something and was served a different (and vastly in price) meal but would not let me say anything at the time, it was eaten and enjoyed all the same.

We’ve been to National Public House on a regular basis since they opened. Absolutely always incredible from the cocktails to the staff to the food! Everything is always perfect! Tonight we went to a special reservation only Wild Game dinner with drink pairing! I can’t even describe how amazing this dinner was! The chef, drink guru, dessert specialist, owners, and staff at this place are phenomenal! Nothing in the area compares! Enjoy!

The food was really good. It is a bit on the expensive side. So this isn’t a place to visit regularly unless you have the dough. The service was good, not over the top, but very good. The atmosphere could have improved if they had the fire place on that cold evening. Parking might be an issue with the meter parking, but they were turned off when we went. Overall very good. I think if we keep it for special occasions we would return.
