The pizza is fantastic thin-crust tavern-style pies that are crispy, flavorful, and perfect for sharing (the classic pepperoni is a standout). Pair it with one of their strong cocktails or a pint, and you’re set.
What really elevates the place is the cool decor and fun extras: retro touches everywhere, a leopard-print pool table that’s an absolute highlight (so Instagram-worthy), and even a photo booth in the back for silly group shots. The pool table gets a lot of action, making it great for groups or a casual game while you eat.
Whether you’re posting up at the bar, on the patio, or in the pool room, it’s just an all-around good time.
Not crazy. Cheap beers, thin crust pizza. Service was ok. Need to really flag them down if u need something. But over good vibes.
I’ll make a comment about the Service/Atmosphere first :
we had to wait a looong time for a table for two (it was at least 30-35 mins) because they told us that all of their tables inside were reserved and everywhere else was full, so we just had to wait. the general vibe of the place was not really worth the long wait, it felt more like a bar or busy restaurant than a “dive bar” – definitely fairly more upscale. once we did get seated on the patio, our waiter was very sweet and sociable. the overall crowd inside (we used the photo booth) was predominantly men, which was slightly upsetting lol and there was only one pool table in the entire place! so not much to do inside other than if you are eating or getting a drink.
our food was pretty good, we started with the mozzarella sticks that everyone recommends – which were very tasty, crispy and fresh. the sauce they came with was also packed with good flavour.
I got the buffalo ranch pizza. which I do not see on the menu anymore, which is too bad because it was so good. it was topped with ranch and the buffalo chicken was tasty and filling, the crust was also just the right thinness.
my girlfriend had the chicken schnitzel dinner and throughly enjoyed. the portion was huge and the flavour was really good.
overall, I am glad to have visited this establishment and would be a one to visit place to see it and understand the “hype”.
Staff is professional and welcoming and service is great. Shoutout to Nonso the bouncer for always holding it down. He keeps things moving, and treats people with respect. Had an awesome time, thanks again!
My friends ordered pizza ($22) & pitcher of beer to share. I ordered the Smash Burger that came with curly french fries ($22). There was two thinly sliced beef patties inside and the high dive sauce was kinda spicy. Wish they had a spicy symbol on the menu to indicate that. They were able to split our bills separately and gave us a 2h sitting limit. It was very nice patio weather and overall had a great time with friends.
Although it is hard to find seating during their rush hours, this is one of those places where I wouldn’t mind waiting for it.
They have a bar with a good variety of cocktails and beers to choose from at a decent price.
The taste of the pizza here is good and if you’re splitting a pie with friends it’s not too expensive. I don’t think having dinner here would be the move, but they have really good food to snack on as you drink and talk the night away.
The service is good with someone friendly always at the ready, and the atmosphere is really fun and welcoming.
They have a pool table and a photo booth. I didn’t get to use the pool table, so I’m not entirely sure if there’s a fee to use it (but there probably is). The photo booth is honestly an amazing addition. It is not overpriced and it prints pictures both in colour and black and white.
Really fun place to spend a Friday night with friends.
