I went in with a $100 bill and they refused to take it, even though I used the same bill at another store right after with no problem. On top of that, both of my sandwiches were burnt. The ladies working there were borderline rude and not helpful at all. Overall, a really disappointing experience.

I wanted to take a moment and recognize one of your employees and the experience that I’ve had the last few visits at your location. I apologize for not getting her name but the woman who assisted me and for reference if it’s helpful my last order was placed on November 26th And my ticket number was 9156 for your location.
She has been at the window the last three times that I went through the drive-thru and she has a wonderfully bright spirit can gauge your audience and have some fun with joking and just being lively. Like myself she’s a little bit later in years and organically there’s a great rapport through the window every time I am greeted by her and handed my order. I was through the drive-thru this morning at roughly 8:07 a.m. And I hope that this finds a way back to to not just us individual, but your team as well that service like this is hard enough to find anywhere… but it’s appreciated when it’s received. Thanks for having such a wonderful team member at your location and I look forward to returning because of her!

I have a hit or miss experience here. Foods always fine same as the drinks. But i’ve noticed specially when ordering delivery, they spend over an hour making the food before driver even comes and gets it. I don’t know if it’s just them making the doughnuts but i have terrible experiences when ordering timbits. Have also waited 40+ minutes in person too.

The guy almost forgot my bagel and I had to remind him, I got my bagel but then he forgot my cream cheese, I wasn’t able to check it while inside so I only realized I’m going without once I got to the car. It was also completely dead inside and in the drive through so he had no reason to be in such a rush to get us out, regretting leaving a tip no wonder the jar was empty

I cannot believe we waited this long for another business and each time I go I can’t get a decent order. I ordered Spinach Egg bites – they were out, so exchanged for the bacon/cheese – I ordered a Boston Creme donut and medium pumpkin spice latte – total was almost $7 and this is what I got. Tasteless coffee, burnt egg bites and a dry donut that I didn’t even order.

You can barely hear their microphone when you’re ordering through their drive through. The coffee is never fresh or hot. It tastes like you’re drinking lukewarm water.
