The food here is disgusting. Our order was a frisco burger which was barely warm, cheese burger also barely warm the cheese wasn’t even melted and a hotdog that looked disgusting. I called and told the manager about it and he was like oh well thanks for letting us know. I will not be going there again. You’ll get nasty food and waste your money. Very unfriendly and rude workers.

Went for breakfast 11:30am 03/01/26 ordered 2 breakfast platters with bacon and sausage got home no bacon but they charged me $3 for it. Everything I go here my order is never right the lady in the drive thru was short with me and took me forever to get to the speaker I’m going to stop going here. They need to pay attention stop standing there talking or play around. Then when I called about the bacon she sounded like she didn’t know what to tell me

First time I went I was there at lunch time and had to wait 30+ minutes for my food agreeing waiting 12 minutes for my order to be taken. When I finally got my food it was cold and soggy. Second time I went was at night at 8:47 to be exact and they already closed and locked the doors. Tried going through the drive thru and they wouldn’t even take my order just started at me through the window.

2/28/21: I ordered a Single Bacon Beast burger with extra mushrooms added and Hardee’s did not disappoint. I absolutely love this location and the Chilhowie location is seriously the best Hardee’s AND overall all fast food place to eat on the East Coast. We’ll done, as always!

I eat fast food of all type very often up and down the East coast. I have been on an obnoxious mission for the past 10 years to ask, beg, and even pay $20 for a cup of pickles only to let down. It’s impossible to get pickles these days as if it was more valuable than gold. It has become so ridiculous that my wife gets embarrassed around me because I’ll pay whatever for pickles but no one can figure it out.
Yesterday I asked for a cup of pickles, and I was given a large cup with about 2 fist fulls of pickles that well satisfied my obnoxious need for pickles on my burger.
I have been to many Hardee’s over the years and enjoy the food. Yesterday I ordered a 1/4 burger and I kid you not that this masterpiece came out looking full and way better than the picture up on the menu! As for the staff they were very friends and understand my pickle needs.
*The Hardee’s here in Chilhowie has broken a 10 record/search/& game of mine to obtain a large cup of pickles that other places everywhere just could not figure this out.
The lunch time crew on Friday April 12th 2019 has proven to me to be the best on the East coast among all fast food restaurants.

Dear gawd, I never remember why I don’t eat at Hardee’s until I plunk down my cash and get my order. The food was somewhat warm, burger was pale. It looked like it was microwaved. Very rubbery. The onion rings had some weird sort of breading, almost the consistency of crushed corn flakes, the fried chicken dry and outer skin way too crispy. I will say out of the couple I have visited, this one was very clean and the staff friendly.

Woman working the counter must have had a bad day. She shared her attitude with everyone. I ordered the Big Hot Ham & Cheese. I paid way too much but I was hungry. What I got was not what I ordered!!! I didnt have the time or the energy to deal with either. Dont waste your money here! You get attitude and ripped off.

My food had hair. their food is mid it was cold and dirty. I watched them drop it and still give it to me. The workers are rude, and the floors and tables are sticky and dirty spilled drinks everywhere, always out of napkins and lids. They wear no gloves. The only good part is they give you your food quickly.

I was not expecting chicken tenders from Hardee’s to any good but I was wrong! They were juicy but still had a crunchy outside. The fries were good and burgers rocked too. Ordered $25 worth of food for 4 people. Got three plain biscuits in the bag with hash browns. Double check your order before pulling out of the drive through because they sure won’t… Highly unsatisfied!
