My wife and I went in and ordered with some very minor change requests to our meals. I asked for extra seasoning on my fries. She had asked for a double side of fries because she doesn’t like coleslaw, and for her toast to be buttered on both sides. You can see that the requests were received by the receipt. When we got our meals my fries were not extra seasoned, which I didn’t make a big deal about because whatever it’s no extra charge and I wasn’t too worried about it. But my wife had received what we thought was one order of fries because when compared to mine it was very obvious they were the same amount, again photos for comparison. Plus her toast had only been buttered on one side and was burnt. When we went back to the counter to hopefully correct this, with no attitude and we were very kind actually because we both worked in the fast food world before, the young lady at the counter just told us that they had done what we asked and had a slight attitude. I know fast food can be a very draining job and can be stressful, but when I’m nothing but nice to you and you give an attitude when I’m just asking for a simple fix then the problem is with you not me. I pray that young lady has a better day though and can give a better experience next time.

Earlier we came to eat for lunch, and not only is their food always on par, but my 86 year old father-in-law locked his keys in his vehicle by accident, and one of the lovely crew members came out and helped him and got it unlocked in 5 minutes!! Other employees came out and offered drinks and other items to help us unlock it and we are so appreciative. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ God bless this sweet crew working at the right time that we needed them!

It took 30 minutes to get one order of wings and things and one order of nibblers. Food was cold and no reason why it took so long. The staff was too busy, joking and carrying all to take care of the paying customers. Management should really take a look into this, but they probably won’t. Not my first time with this restaurant. – Update – submitted feedback as requested. Doubt I will hear anything back.

if i could give this specific zaxbys 0 stars i absolutely would. everytime i go no matter what time of day the food is always cold, stale, and NASTY. i see why this zaxbys gets barely any customers. the food was cold and nasty and the customer service isn’t there either. save your money or go to south park street for a better experience and good food, this zaxbys won’t be getting my money anymore. how do you mess up a chicken finger and fry ????

I did not have the best experience today. I ordered a chicken finger plate with double fries, but the amount I received was the same as what my husband got with a regular order. When I pointed out that it looked like only one order of fries, they still wouldn’t give me the extra fries I paid for. I also asked for butter on both sides of my toast, and not only was that not done, but the toast was burnt. We also asked for extra seasoning on the fries, and that wasn’t provided either. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with the service and the accuracy of my order.

I am writing to formally report an issue regarding the behavior of an employee at the Zaxby’s location in Carrollton.
During our visit, the employee assisting us displayed a clearly negative and unprofessional attitude. On multiple occasions, she rolled her eyes at us, which we found disrespectful and inappropriate for a customer service environment. This behavior made the interaction uncomfortable and did not meet reasonable expectations for professional service.
We approached the situation respectfully and were simply expecting the same in return. While we understand that working in customer service can be demanding, that does not justify dismissive or disrespectful behavior toward customers.
I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate steps be taken to ensure professional and respectful service moving forward.

They were packed, and we had to wait a little longer to get our food. The staff here is nice and efficient. I appreciate good service even if I have to wait a bit longer occasionally.

Good food and super friendly service this visit. Acceptably clean but not pristine. However, the Coke Freestyle was out of a lot of product and we had to get the drive thru team to refill our drinks. Ketchup pump was also empty. Food was a bit slow to come out but was prepared as ordered and cooked just right. Wish that owners would replace high chairs with something more secure, better safety straps.
