I stopped by Panera Bread recently because I had a coupon and decided to pre-order online. The pickup itself was easy enough, but the experience wasn’t great overall. When I walked into the entryway, there was a very unpleasant, unappetizing odor that was immediately off-putting. It definitely didn’t set the right tone.
Picking up my pastry was straightforward, but no staff member greeted me or spoke to me at all, which added to the underwhelming feeling. Unfortunately, the pastry itself was dried out and the flavor just seemed off. I’m glad I had a discount, because I would’ve been even more disappointed if I had paid full price.
I’ve found myself consistently underwhelmed by Panera Bread lately—they’re definitely not what they used to be.

The food was fresh and delicious, and our order was made correctly and quickly. Unfortunately, it was a turn-off when we walked out and saw a female employee smoking a cigarette right by the front entrance while still wearing her green apron about 1:45pm on a Saturday afternoon 2/21/26. It’s honestly pretty gross to see someone in their working uniform smoking, especially so close to where customers are entering and exiting. It didn’t leave the best impression after an otherwise great experience. I hope management can address this, as it impacts the overall atmosphere for guests and cleanliness of food being distributed.

These last 3 times I was there (last 2-3 months) we had bad experiences.
1. Got a some type of chicken salad and surprise no chicken! When I asked the staff they said they’ll do it but their attitudes were t pretty!
2. Ordered our food, cashier asked our names and never got called. Waited a good 15-20 minutes and our meals were just sitting there, I talked to one of the employees and she apologized but never offered to warm up the soups or anything.
3. Went in, stood in front of the cash register for 10 minutes. The 4-5 employees that were there saw us, never stopped to talk to us or acknowledge us in anyway they were just laughing in the back so we left!

This location seems a little small compared to some of the other Paneras I’ve been to. The cooks messed up my order but were quick to make it right. Overall, it was acceptable, and I thoroughly enjoyed my souffle. Enjoy and safe travels!!!

The lady that took our order was great but the experience went down from there. She took our names when she took our order but the kitchen never called them out. After waiting for 20 min, I went up to the kitchen and there our meals sat. No one had called our names. Our soup was not hot. Not sure why they ask for your name when they are not going to call it. Very disappointed.

Ordered 6 bagels and cream cheese to bring somewhere for a birthday, but I guess now they just throw it all in a big bag loose. Cool.

Papers Bread has gone down hill. There were plenty of staff just standing around yet the tables and floors were dirty, the cashier was less than thrilled to be at work and the fresh baked selection at the counter was slim pickins for just before lunch. Tue restrooms were gross. I won’t be back.

Horrible place! Ordered and then proceeded to sit at the pickup window for 10-15 minutes. They never came to take payment, explained that it would be awhile or anything. After zero acknowledgement I just drove off. Based on the customer experience I’ve seen at this location practically every time, I’m sure this is common. Go anywhere else to buy a $7 microwaved breakfast sandwich

closing shift clearly doesn’t care about cleaning. Was likely the first customer this morning and there was visible mess by the drink station, on the tiles, and the restrooms.

Always great food. My only gripe is if u have a pickup order and u choose the drive through option u have to wait for others that just placed an order. My suggestion is to go in store for pickup, don’t use the drive thru.
