I am not a Starbucks person, but I LOVE this location. Why? The staff is amazing. I’ve been coming here for about 2 weeks and you can really tell that they have a relationship with the customers that come to this location. For that reason, it feels cozy and calming in here. The staff is literally the best. IDK who cultivated such an amazing work culture among them, but it’s clear that they care to serve and know their customers.

I had a great experience at your Starbucks store today. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size, but your employee, LUKE , was incredibly kind and helpful. They made my coffee in the size I wanted without any issues. I really appreciate such customer-focused service! Wonderful team, highly recommend.

I stopped in quick before work today and it was pleasant. The staff were friendly and quick with my tea. I was able to pay with the app with no issues. The lounge area was clean and there was plenty of seating. The bathrooms weren’t the cleanest, but it was acceptable. Overall, good experience at this location.

I love this location! The staff is friendly and accommodating! I tried the Oat milk Lavender foam matcha for the first time. It tasted great!!! The lavender foam was yummy and my favorite part! However, I didn’t get that much foam and there was some leftover. The picture looks like you get about an inch or more. I barely got that. Just letting you know…

Wasn’t a terrible service experience, place was clean and received my tasty drink. Back of the bar seemed confused, one young lady was working hard to cover several areas while her male colleagues were engaged on their phones and in conversation. Maybe a lock box is in order unless the phones are needed for business, which may be possible. It took awhile to get noticed.

honestly it was so funny i have no issues here besides the wait time which i don’t mind. but i was sitting here doing homework and the workers were complaining about their google reviews saying how they should be so much higher because how amazing they are. however as i sat here they continued to berate customers on every little thing. i just thought it was funny and wanted to give my own review.
