This place use to be pretty good for the price before covid. Today, I ordered two pizzas, and paid a bit more for extra sauce, no big deal…but both pizzas were extremely dry and lacking sauce. They also need to update the menu on their sites or whatever because they no longer had some of the deals and the prices went up which is understandable but charging for extra sauce and barely getting any is really not good for business. I couldn’t eat it.

My favorite Hawaiian Pizza in Chula Vista, prices are better than the bigger chains, and the Hawaiian is better than Pizza Hut, Papa John’s, Little Caesar’s, Dominoes… you name it. Not to mention, I hate supreme pizza but the supreme from Zappys is pretty good
Super friendly and quick service over the phone and in person. The lovely staff who run this establishment are actually happy to greet and see you, which I feel is such a rarity nowadays.

I ordered from here for the first time tonight using Uber Eats. First of all, any pizza restaurant that has chorizo as a topping option wins in my book. My pizza is delicious with generous use of ingredients. Thanks for a great meal tonight.

Ate here all the time through highschool when it was cheap and reasonable. Then the prices raised and I liked the pizza so I justified it by thinking it’s so they could stay in business EVEN while ignoring the fact their customer service was never good. The owner got a cyber truck so all my justifications disappeared. I wish I didn’t waste sm of my limited money back then on it.

This was the place for our family to get some great tasting pizza at a great price…BUT things have changed (as with many businesses i can see). Businesses have upped their prices and have cut quantity and some, sad to say have also cut quality. Zappy has cut tomato sauce and cheese. This is the second time they give us what is basically a bread pizza. Rest in peace Zappy Pizza. If you want a bread stick in form of a pizza then this is your place. (Picture) You really cant see in the pic but believe me, i love giving great reviews but i also have to warn ppl if a place is no good. There is hardly any sauce and a thin layer of cheese. Oh nooo they didnt…oh yes they did!!!
