I decided to go to Hardee’s today. And bless these ladys hearts there so sweet. THEIR DISTRICT MANAGER SHOULD BE ABSOLUTELY ASHAMED OF HIM OR HER SELF FOR LETTING THESE LADIES WORK IN THESE CONDITIONS WITHOUT PROPER WORKING EQUIPMENT. Anyway this is what happened for me to leave such a horrendous review i ordered a sausage egg and cheese meal with a coke with extra. As I get to the window I am having too wait to receive my drink. I asked the lady in the window about my drink. She said “give them just a minute the drink machine is out of ice. We have to fill it ourselves”. So I wait for them to put enough ice in the machine to get my coke with extra ice. As she proceeds to make my Coke with extra ice the coke starts coming out in sporadic bursts. I tell the lady in the window If the coke is out I will take doctor pepper extra ice. The lady in the window, very politely, says “the Coke is not out It just does this. We don’t know why.” I just want to emphasize that these ladies in hardees are the sweetest ever. They shouldn’t have to work without properly working equipment.

Big sign by the road says 4am-8pm, we sat in the drive through 10mins at 5am and nothing, so we call and the lady says “we ain’t ready yet”. Happened before at this location. Last time giving this place a chance, because you never know if they’ll be open or not.

Stopped here for lunch on our way to Gulf Shores from Birmingham. Food was good but the employees were not very friendly and took too long to get our food. We went in that time span between breakfast and lunch and the cashier acted like it was a hassle to turn the menu from breakfast to lunch. Being a retail manager I would have to change my staff. The employees at Hardees here in the Birmingham metro are much more friendly. We wish afterwards we had stopped somewhere else.

I went to hardee’s this morning because it’s my favorite breakfast place i’ve ever been to. As soon as I arrive and walk in the door I noticed how it’s unbearably hot. I ask the ladies behind the counter Why it’s so hot in here. Only too find out that the air conditioner does not work and hasnt for a long period of time. So I go ahead and order a chicken biscuit meal with doctor pepper. There was nothing wrong with the chicken biscuit. On the other hand the hash browns were very poorly filled. It took over 5 minutes just to get my drink Because the drink machines in their lobby are out of order. As well as having to fill up the ice machine on their soda machine behind the counter because it had no ice. Then as she was filling up my cup i noticed how the doctor pepper was coming out of the machine as well as the coke. It was coming out in sporadic bursts. Sometimes overfilling the cup completely. Last but not least , I needed my receipt and realized I didn’t receive it after I had paid. So I go back to the counter to receive it and then it takes another ten minutes just to get it. The reason why was apparently the person working the counter threw it away. So she had to get the manager to reprint it. All in all , this is the worst hardees i’ve been to. I will not be going back to the specific hardees ever again.

The lady who waited on me was miserable. She complained about someone ordering a lot of biscuits and even suggested they should have gone to Burger King. She got my order wrong, and then was nasty when I asked her to correct it. So, I’ll take her suggestion and go somewhere else next time.

The wait time at the drive thru was really long(15 minutes)with only two cars in line and the order taker had an attitude. The bread truck had time to come and damn near finish unloading. This store sucked today.
