Consistently delicious!! I honestly don’t even care much for the typical Mexican sit down type food, but something about this is different, I guess because you can get EXACTLY what you want. Everything is always very fresh and just very delicious. It’s always quick, easy, inexpensive and tasty!

A regular weekend place to eat for me and my people. I prefer this majorly compared to chipotle. The food and atmosphere is just better. The staff is more friendly and they care. They remember us when we go and treat me like a regular. I like that. The spicy stuff is actually spicy also but not overkill. Though it can be borderline and require some water to level out the heat but I really like that. The lids on the cups can take some getting use to. Never grab from the top on them. The chips are good but I prefer the ones from other places. They are not bad it just isn’t my cup of tea. I love and desire everything else though from the tortilla, meat, cheeses veggies and the like. No way to have a bad meal here honestly. I miss the fancy shmancy soda fountains however. Buts that ok it won’t stop me regardless.

So, the food was okay, most of the staff was great. Except one who I was told was the manager. We went in there about 11:40 today on Veteran’s Day. We have never had an issue at all but for some reason today the lady decided that the DD214 and my license (which had it eventhough im from another state) and my ID.me didn’t matter, she wanted to complain and say she couldn’t accept it as form of military id. When all these things are acceptable but today this was unacceptable. It was an embarrassment because this person thought they were right.

Our food was ok. The chicken did taste bland and not seasoned very well. We came at lunch rush so empty tables were not clean and the floor was very dirty too. The staff were working very hard, it just seemed like they were short staffed.

I ordered food through Uber eats with this store, they DID NOT SEAL MY NANCHOS OR THE VEGETABLES. I HAD TO THROW THE WHOLE MEAL IN THE TRASH. STAY FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE WITH GRUBHUB, UBER EATS OR DOORDASH. I cant believe this is how they sent my food out. UNHEALTHY AND UNSANITARY. IT WASNT EVEN SEALED PROPERLY. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. GROSS
Called them and they were no help.
Plus it took over an hour for my food to get to me.

The larger man starting the order line is rude and mumbles. I was asking about sauces and pointing to them, he held up his hand and grumbled something, then “that’s (???) sauce”. Not certain, I pointed to another sauce and he raised hand again, I barely recognized ” don’t (??) over ??? that’s ??? sauce” . I held my hand to my ear, leaned over and asked “What?” He finally enunciated enough to understand, “Don’t ??? over the glass that’s ??? sauce.” Frowning and looking away almost all this time. Whatever the sauce was I just said that’s fine, declined anything else from him so I could move to the next staff, who was polite and spoke clearly, completed the order. I chose not to stay, but food was fine.

This place is great! I think it’s a better alternative to chipotle as the ingredients not only seem higher quality, but fresher as well. Definitely give it a try if you’re in the mood for Mexican. My only con would be that the chips and salsa aren’t what you’d find at a sit down Mexican restaurant. They taste similar to store bought and for $4.25, it isn’t worth it to me

There is nothing on their menu without cilantro. I’m allergic to cilantro. I had to get the most dry, pitiful tacos you have ever seen. It was the only menu option without cilantro and I had to exclude ingredients with cilantro mixed in. It was ridiculous. They charged me the full price for this. *Update. Maybe they could try flavors other than cilantro. Coriander is not even Mexican. Cumin is extremely popular in Latin American dishes. Why not try cumin in like just 1 allergen free dish???
Another option would be if someone can’t eat 90% of the items on your menu, what if you didn’t charge them full price?? ?? Just thinking out loud here

The staff is always great but the chips are horrible at this location they have no taste and seem old. They use to taste like lime and salt I’m not sure if they changed them or what but I don’t like them.
