I stopped by Hardee’s the other day, and I have to say I was really impressed! The food came out hot and fresh — my burger was perfectly cooked and the fries were crispy. The restaurant was clean, and the service was quick even though it was busy.
I especially want to give a shoutout to Emma, who took my order. She was super friendly, patient, and made sure everything was exactly right. It’s nice to see someone who genuinely enjoys their job and treats customers with a smile.
Overall, great experience — I’ll definitely be coming back!

I just want to say that the breakfast staff is super friendly. I stopped by to get a cinnamon raisin biscuit and they weren’t quite ready. Victor was very polite and told me it would only be a few minutes and he would get it right out to me. He was so friendly when he brought it out.

Okay when I first arrived that was only two people in line and one lady was ordering quite a few different items some from breakfast and some for lunch because I got there around noon set alarm for approximately 15 minutes before being waited on. The lady at the cash register completely walked away when it was my time to order I had to wait extra and then a different lady came up and took my order by that time I was a little frustrated but I went ahead and placed my order waited on it and we received our food and went to sit down the tables were disgusting not just 1 or 2 tables but at least 7 or 8 .. that does not even the bad part the bad part is we sat down and started eating your food and my bread did not get toasted my food is cold my husband’s checking was hard it was not worth the $20 that we spent then we started looking around and like everything was disgusting I walked the bathroom there’s no lock on the door with a sign on the door that says Knock first because the lock is messed up whether it was messed up or not I had to use the bathroom so I went to go potty then there’s no toilet paper if I could give this place a zero star I would give it zero because everything that could go wrong went wrong I didn’t even finish eating my food the lady was walking pass as I asked her if I could get it made fresh or heat it up she completely ignored me and walked out the door I live in North Carolina I’m up here visiting someone in the hospital this is not a good look for Hardee’s in general especially here start with that being said I’m definitely going to say do not go and do not waste your money

I went up there these evening and ordered a pretty good size order, the younger girl, Hailey Farley that took my money acted like today was the best day of her life even though she was at work. She carried a conversation like I’ve never seen. She loves the people she serves and who she works with. Her attitude changed my outlook on today.

I eat at this restaurant every morning!!! The staff are amazing and know me by name. They are always kind and go out of their way to make sure I have everything I need. The food is always fresh and delicious!!!

Got the wrong order and when we went back to return it, the assistant manager was very rude and didn’t crack a smile. She asked for a receipt which the cashier failed to give us an pretty much acted as is we were lying about getting the wrong order. No personality at all. We won’t be back to this location.
