Do not host your event here! The employees stole cash from my wallet (caught on camera clear as day which the manager tried to say didn’t prove anything lol), the bartenders charged a few of the first guests of the party I attended even though it was an open bar, they have terrible attitudes, serve alcohol illegally, and completely messed up the food order that my suegros pre-paid for for their large party. They paid for chicken and carne, and only chicken was served the day of. On top of all of that, when I told the manager an employee took money out of my purse, he called me a liar and blamed the guests even though I knew everyone at the party and know they are trustworthy.

When I asked for the security videos and the employee’s name to file a police report he refused and said he would just give me the money back. I did get my money back, but I don’t trust that that employee will be fired or that this is the first time a situation like this has happened in this establishment. To protect yourself, your guests, your special event, etc. I recommend not coming to this establishment ever. They are dishonest, accusatory, and have an overall lack of character.

As a Clarion Inn guest, my experience here was horrible. If you are staying at the Clarion Inn, this “restaurant” is what the hotel uses to serve their free breakfast. It is a somewhat dark and dingy big room, more like a banquet hall than a restaurant, with tables and a bar area. At breakfast, I found it disgusting that there were two big tubs of butter and what looked like cream cheese with knives stuck in both (see the photo). Also, they strictly and ridiculously enforce not taking any food from the “free breakfast” to your room (even a piece of fruit or cup of juice) as a hotel guest, unless you want to be aggressively chased after by the staff and charged $10. I found this insulting as a hotel guest, as if I wanted to pay $10, I would just go a few doors down to IHOP and get a real breakfast.

FOOD WAS TERRIBLE!! Never going back to this place. The portions were absurdly small and expensive. I got a freezing cold potato and when I asked to get another, they brought back a warm potato but it was cold. It looked reheated and tasted horribly. The cheese slice I received was dry and had hard yellow parts that meant they gave me old cheese that wasn’t even stored properly. The food was disgusting and small. The chicharrón only came with a couple pieces that were soo small. They had more fat than meat and they were skinny pieces. The mote had a bottled water taste and had a gross aftertaste.

DONT GO HERE!! SO EXPENSIVE FOR SO LITTLE AND RAW FOOD!!The Plancha I ordered was $50 and there wasn’t a lot of food on it. The portions are too small for the price and the food was horrible. The baked potatoes that were on my plate were raw and COLD! Never going back to this place. When I politely asked to get another potato, they brought back a warm on but it was extremely hard and you could very much tell it was reheated. The cheeseburger had meatball tasteing meat but it was such a bad flavor. The chicharron was almost $20 and they gave us 6, finger sized pieces that didn’t have much meat on them.

Can’t tell you how their food is as we waited for about 10 min for someone to greet and seat us but no such luck. A server saw us when we came in but finished what she was doing and walked to the back (*kitchen?) Without acknowledging us. Left after 10 min of waiting.
The restaurant looks like a banquet room, huge open area with 20′ ceilings and zero ambience.

The chicharon was not well cooked, the mote had water which means it wasn’t drained well. The tucumanas the meat was not cooked all the way. The liquor drinks on the menu says $10 but when the Bill came the liquor drinks we were charged between $12 to $14 .. Ohhh!!! FYI if you go dancing because they will charge you by midnight $20 for the cover charge. Which I think is a little pricey for what is worth. I also think that the cover charge should be paid at the entrance not when you are eating As my first time at this restaurant I am not pleased … Will I go back?? NO!!!!
Have a great day!!!
