The staff are friendly and the food is pretty good. My only complaint is that the last 3-4 times I have been here and ordered bacon on a sandwich, I don’t receive it. In the past when I ordered a sandwich with bacon around dinner time, I just assumed they had maybe run out and that’s why I didn’t get it. But I ordered this sandwich at 11:30am, and once again, didn’t receive bacon. I’m not usually one to complain, but it is frustrating that this is repeatedly occurring and each time I am spending money on something and not getting it. Other than that, Firehouse Subs is fine.

Today was my first time trying Firehouse subs as their neighbor restaurant lost my business for good. I am SO glad I tried FS as I had the best Steak and Cheese I’ve ever had! On top of the food being delicious, the owner came over to make sure we were happy. I had just witnessed a new customer requesting her roast beef to be cooked more and he was happy to just make her a new sandwich even though she was just requesting the meat to be removed and warmed up. This seems like obvious, common sense customer service but it is not. This managers only goal was to please his customers and he has done that. Job well done – I will continue coming back here!

I really enjoy this Firehouse Subs location! The food is always ready for me when I order ahead. The staff is always friendly and best of the all, their food is outstanding! I especially like their Smokehouse beef & cheddar brisket sandwiche with a pickle slice on the side. You guys rock!

6 employees at the counter, I’m the only customer in the building, and they still couldn’t get my single sandwich with one allergy modification correct. I picked apart what I could eat and it was flavorless, slimy, and cold (I ordered a hot sandwich). Ended up throwing away a $20 sandwich. First and last time going to firehouse. Employees seemed very annoyed that I chose to come into the store.

I will never order from this location again… and I hope no one else will either.
Their staff is absolutely horrible and does not know how to do their job.
Today we ordered a sandwich with the mayonnaise “on the side” through their app.
My husband walked in and checked the order since last time they put the mayonnaise on the sandwich and on the side. (We did not contact them about this mistake)
He indeed found the mayonnaise on the sandwich as well as on the side. The employee with dyed red hair told him that apparently you need to choose both “none” and “on the side” (The app does not allow this). The second heavy set employee that works night shift regularly (we’ve seen her and had issues with her MULTIPLE TIMES) loudly said “SHOCKING” with a lot of attitude. When the employees were shown the app and how it works. They informed him that he needed to select “none” and then call the store and tell them “on the side” because they will always put the items on the sandwich and on the side.
Clearly these employees do not understand what “on the side” means. As well as should not be working with the public if they can’t keep their inside thoughts from being told to customers.
They proceeded to glare at him the entire time he was in the store and while he was getting back into the car.
I hope this saves someone from having the same headache we had to deal with.

Awesome food, service was great, atmosphere was perfect this is NOT a karen place to go they have given me the best customer service I have gotten in a food place in a long time!!! They know me and what i want when I pop in and food is ready less then 10min

I had the most horrific experience at this store. Every single time I come in the same older lady whose name I believe is Autumn not only treats the customers like crap but also her coworkers. And I’m guessing nothing gets done about this because nothing has ever changed. She not only laughs in your face but I had to witness her raising her voice at an older gentleman infront of me in line when he had asked her to repeat herself. I swear he walked away teary eyed. I almost wanted to turn away the only reason I keep coming back because the food is great and the other employees are nothing but kind. But after this interaction im not giving them any kind of business.

Just left this location order a meatball sub with cheese. This is what I got. A sandwich is supposed to come with eight meatballs. I got six.
Two weeks earlier I ordered a large steak and cheese. When the young man was make Sandwich he use my bread as his spatula to squeeze the ingredients from the wax paper onto the other half. I noticed quite a bit of ingredients fell out onto the counter. Instead of using the spatula to put the gradients back in the sandwich, he just swept it off into the Trashcan. When I got home to eat my sandwich, I realized he had swept quite a bit into the trash because a third of it barely had anything in it.

Would not allow BOGO 50% off as advertised as a promotion online although I was unable to order online or I would have. Im honestly becoming less and less impressed with this location. And the closing crew seem to be the worst ones.
