Great food but they need to hire a landscaper to come in and fix up the yard and landscaping and hire somone to redo the parking lot. Because from the outside the store looks closed and abandoned. I think if they made the outside more welcoming they would get a lot more business; because the food is worth the money and the staff is polite, friendly, welcoming.

I went to the Long John’s in Laporte, IN and everything about my experience was excellent! The food was top notch excellent is give 20 stars if I could! Everything was cooked to perfection and hit and fresh! I can’t wait to go back! I live in Knox and don’t get to go as often as I would like to go. The staff were so friendly, nice, we were talking and kidding around like we have been friends for years! I have to give a shout-out to Eddie! He’s so professional, friendly, gorgeous hair, handsome and a truly nice dude! I am soooo looking forward to seeing them again, soon! Excellent

I recently visited the Long John Silvers location on 602 J St. in LaPorte, Indiana, and I was thoroughly impressed! The food was the freshest I’ve ever had from this location. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service provided by Tyler behind the counter.
Tyler went above and beyond in his role, ensuring that every customer felt valued and cared for. I particularly noticed his thoughtful interaction with an older gentleman at the counter, where he made sure to ask if he wanted salt on his fries, likely out of concern for his health. This level of attention and care is rare and truly commendable.
Thank you, Tyler, for making my visit so pleasant. I’ll definitely be returning, not just for the great food but for the outstanding service!
