My first time to this buffet and boy the food is amazing all you can eat with a drink at $9.95 you cannot beat it. While the buffet is small it’s so much better than other Chinese restaurants we have been to and we have been to a lot around Ohio and Wv. Only improvement I can possibly think of is the soda machine was a little dirty other than that 5 out of 5.

Don’t judge a book by its cover. This is some of the best Chinese food we’ve ever had. They put onions in the crab rangoons and it just adds another level of flavor and texture I never knew was missing!
The noodles are also some of the best.

I’ve had Chinese food all over the country, good, mediocre, bad. This food is between bad and mediocre. I’m not sure how this place gets a good rating, I can only guess that it’s because people have nothing to compare it to.

Staying in Jackson Ohio for work and I always try to find a Chinese buffet close by. So I looked up and found Peking Cook. Didn’t read the fine print about the fact it was only a lunch buffet but that’s ok. The food I did order was fabulous (shrimp lomein and general tso shrimp) cooked perfectly and generous portions and way less expensive than I’ve experienced elsewhere for the same thing. Way to go Peking Cook!! Customer service was spot on as well

Wasting my whole entire lunch break bc they have “buffet” to go at 6pm when I looked it up. Drive all the way there and NO THEY DONT! And they thought it was funny because I didn’t know that. They should probably update their advertising so people who are from out of town don’t waste their entire lunch break with false advertisements. Going back and looking at the reviews this seems like an on going problem they have no intention on fixing (6+ years) of advertising dinner buffet. Also, the poor reviews their food and service.

My first time coming here was nice, you can see all of the cooking right behind the counter. The fire under the wok as it prepares what is some of the best Chinese food I’ve had. The servings are generous and the price is affordable. I could tell this place was very successful from how many phone orders and people coming in to place orders there were. When my food was complete the staff was very kind and thanked me before I left. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone asking for good Chinese.

We went in a group of 10 people and that too almost near the end of their lunch service hours, yet the owners were generous enough to cook up fresh batches of food again for us.

Ordering process was okay. Communication wasn’t the best, but we got it worked out. Food was hot, and looked pretty good. Chicken did not taste the best and had a lot of fat/unedible pieces. Kind of had an odd flavor like maybe old grease? Probably wouldn’t eat it again, or suggest it to anyone.
