Food missing no marina sauce with sticks threw sandwich away it was cold and fries were curly asked for crinkle a slider was missing tea no ice it was a huge screw up and I should never have opted to have dinner there its always empty but even though it took forever to receive our food if I could give a 0 that would be it

The staff was super friendly!! The inside of the restaurant has been done very nicely with wood trim everywhere and it was also very nice and clean. The food was pretty good and enjoyable. A lady name Kenya took my order and was so professional and courteous and very helpful! If more fast food restaurants had workers like her they would definitely get more business. I will definitely be back to eat at this place.

Saw the advertisement for the Wagyu Steakhouse burger. Never knew they were doing burgers at Arby’s, so decided to try it. Apparently it’s new. I haven’t even seen a commercial for it yet. I guess they are keeping it on the down low, ha ha ha.
This burger was juicy, thick and surprisingly good. I didn’t like the sauce, so next time I will get it without the sauce.
So IF Arby’s keeps this buger, I will definitely order it. Hope it stays on the menu. If you haven’t tried, it you got to.
You will not be disappointed.

I went to Arby’s in the Kempsriver shopping area and felt the service, lamb gyros and shake was outstanding! Brayden and Ms. Rawls were extremely pleasant and accommodating. I’m glad I chose to go inside the restaurant for my takeout order as opposed to the drive thru. I used coupons and saved as well. The lamb gyros were priced $6 for 2 of them and my shake was $1. I couldn’t remember the name of the flavor but it’s something like jocamo and was described as coffee flavored. I left feeling as tho I had tasty bargains. The gyros has fresh tomato slices and lettuce. My favorite part is the sauce so I asked for extra. I look forward to doing the survey on the receipt in hopes of the 2 great employees that I had the pleasure of receiving service from, are recognized. I look forward to going back to try the new Wagyu burger or the Rueben sandwich. I was stationed in Okinawa while in the Marines and fell in love with Kobe beef…the new burgers are supposed to be made from beef treated the same as Kobe beef.

Came here Saturday evening at around 7:45 and Myeshia took our order. She giggled throughout my placing of said order and everything I seemed to say struck her as funny enough to laugh at for some reason. Then we pulled up and she was still giggling and smirking, which was kind of weird and annoying. We had ordered the loaded fries and the 9 piece nugget combo. She took it upon herself to put no sauce on our order/receipt, so we had to ask please can we have some sauce. Then we opened the bag to find that the loaded fries were in a box usually reserved for their sandwiches, not the customary bowl that they should come in. The food was no where near hot. So, I have come here on other days and the service and food was way better and I didn’t have anyone laughing at the customer or giving us lukewarm food. Just do better.

I had a great experience at Arby’s! The food was fresh, hot, and served quickly.

The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure my order was accurate and that I had everything I needed. The restaurant was clean and had a relaxed atmosphere, which made it a pleasant place to enjoy a quick meal.

If you’re looking for fast food with a bit more variety and quality, Arby’s definitely hits the mark. I’ll be coming back for sure!
