Stopped in for a after bite to eat , pre-birthday dinner with my lady and ordered our preferred chicken choices , (honey garlic / Caribbean spice wings , even grabbed one of the bottles of Soon Hari (peach ) which by the way is nice , but with all that got home and found the chicken was missing one of its sauces , the honey garlic , tried calling back but I’m guessing they already stop answering the phone so they can close , so yeah everything was good beside the mix up .

I didn’t think it was possible to make chicken wings look and taste this sad. They looked like they’d been through a rough time before reaching the box, and the taste confirmed it. The dumplings were just a soggy afterthought in a foil bag. If you’re looking for the worst wings of your life, you’ve found the right place. Otherwise, stay far away.

Food was delicious. Atmosphere was comfortable but I think the waiter was in training. So while there were only 3 or 4 other customers, I felt as if she could have been much more attentive.

I’ve eaten here when it first opened last year and the quality of food and service has definitely decreased since then. I think they are quite under-staffed. No one greeted us when we walked in so we just assume it was a casual fast-food style restaurant, which would’ve been fine anyway. Turns out, it wasn’t the case because a server still came and got our orders. Our server was cold and unfriendly, and definitely seemed like she didn’t want to be there. The food took almost an hour to arrive even though the restaurant was almost empty (on a Friday night, which was quite telling). Overall, the service was just bad. Probably better off just having the food to go instead.
Thankfully, the food was still pretty good – we had tteokboki (rice cakes), soy garlic chicken, and regular fried chicken. The soda and water tasted really funky though. It’s sad to see that the restaurant changed so much over one year. If the staffing and service issues are not improved, I’m not sure if they will be able to attract returning customers.

I was a bit concerned due to the reviews but my experience wasn’t bad at all. I dined in on Friday afternoon around 3pm, the server was nice and they served the food in normal time. I understand that the experience could be different depends on the day and time of the visit, but I wanted to share mine to those of who are interested but hesitate to give a try.

Overcooked and dried boneless chicken like a chicken jerky. The chicken was cut in the wrong direction, which makes it even tougher! Chicken was cold, only the sauce was warm. Wait time for food is 30 mins when there were only 10 customer in house. It’s such a big disappointment for the restaurant that focus on selling fried chicken.

This was extremely disappointing. We love this place, but after today, I don’t think we’ll ever come back. They are absolutely disrespecting Korean fried chicken. The chicken tasted like it was fried in old oil,who knows how long they’ve been reusing it? On top of that, the sauce was barely there,maybe half of what it should be, if not less. To make it worse, we only got 10 pieces of chicken for the half honey garlic order.
They should have the recipe from the company and just followed it properly,there wouldn’t be any issues if they stuck to the instructions. Are they trying to save money? This is ridiculous and unacceptable. It needs to change immediately.

My group of friends and I went here for dinner. Absolutely love the food and the atmosphere here.
We ordered honey garlic chicken, gang nam chicken, cheeseling nuggets, and cheese fries. They taste AMAZING!! We’ve blown away!!! They’re all must tried!!
Cons: Serving time may take ~20 minutes but the server was very nice and keep checking in on us.
However, the food was worth waiting.
Overall: Reasonable price for high quality of food! A good place for friend’s gathering.

Just had a great experience with this restaurant. Markeith? was really friendly and personable. He provided excellent customer service. The food was really good. Hot and crispy. I got the garlic honey wings and a side of rice. Not my first time here and I’ll definitely be back.
