I live very close by. I don’t go here often, but everyone in a while I like to have my “cheat” meals. The last 2 times I have been here my food has been made incorrectly, I don’t see it until I get home. I’m not going to load my kids back up and go back out. It’s extremely frustrating. Last time I was able to go back. I didn’t have a receipt because they’re never given out. The teenager at the window told me to pull up. When I got up there two of them just stared at me. Rudely asked if I had the incorrectly made food. I did, but didn’t know they wanted it back because most places won’t take food back. She snatched it out of my hand quickly threw the correctly made order at me and walked away with an eye roll. Customer service doesn’t exist here

I recently have been so disappointed with multiple visits to our local Taco Bell. Their service is quick and efficient, their staff is kind, but quality has been suffering. The past few visits I’ve gone, all of my food tends to be lacking in some way or another. Crunch wraps with no meat, quesoritos with no cheese. I don’t expect much from a fast food place, but I do believe that if I order food, it should come as described. It’s more worth it at this point to drive to Leominster and go to Moe’s.

They listen to one of my earlier reviews. It took a while but they finally updated the interior of the. Brought it more up-to-date for a Kentucky fried Chicken. There’s now a big Red Barn Yard wall which looks great, and pictures of the colonel and more. The chairs and tables have been updated as well. it’s more comfortable sitting down and eating there now that it was for a very long time, which kept me and my family away. There’s some new faces on the staff, a few more smiles, and they’re doing a good job getting the orders out. Happy to increase my star rating.

Cashiers are friendly. Food is terrible. Little to no meat/chicken in tacos or quesadilla. Food is made like they are throwing the ingredients across the room to make it. Done coming here, one in Fitchburg is far better, believe it or not.

I’m not happy at all drive up was rude. Then get home to have almost no food in the taco’s. Same with the crunch supreme. Will not go there again.

I’m a frequent flyer here at this location and I think today is my last day here. My food is always wrong. I got a crunch wrap supreme and there was only beef and Lettuce in it. I ordered 1 kids meal that was dairy free and specifically said only the kids meal, yet ALL the $30 worth of food I ordered was dairy free but was rung up as supreme.. They were nice enough to give me a refund, but it’d be nicer to just have my food right when I go. Will not be returning.

Order takers are extremely pleasant. The food is Taco Bell, so if you like Taco Bell this is a good Taco Bell. I’ve only ever used the drive-thru, so I can’t really speak to the atmosphere inside, but everyone through the drive-thru window is always extremely patient, as the menu here is expansive and I need a hot minute to figure out what I’m going to get.

This was the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I ordered a potato taco and it was literally the most beautiful, tasty taco I’ve ever had. Better than the one I had at the Taco Bell cantina in Pacifica. I wish I ordered several instead of just one and took a picture of the one I did have. It was also very clean and the people working were friendly and funny.
