We love it. So good. I wish I could go here once a week. I highly recommend it. The Pier 88 sauce is the best to me. I Love the Dungeness crab so I get the C4 and my wife always gets to C1 which is snow crab legs.

Food was great but the server, Amanda was not. Seemed like she was bothered to be there. She did not come back during the entire meal. We even waited awhile for the check after we were finished eating. Then we decided to go to counter to pay the bill. Why be a server if you aren’t friendly and attentive?

This has been the second time I come and pick up my order and the girl at the counter seems to look annoyed that she has to help.
I placed an order for lemon pepper wings. To be ready between 6:05-6:10pm. I arrived at 6:16pm.
She’s telling me there are no orders pending. Asks if I’m sure I placed it for the right location.
I show her the confirmation. She comes back and says I have to wait another 10min. The order “didn’t come through “ but somehow they see it now that I’m there.
No apologies no nothing. Basically wait 10 more minutes if I want my food.
I sat down to wait and didn’t say anything. The young Asian guy comes up not 10min later and pretty much throws my bag on the counter has me sign a receipt and says have a good day.
Again no apology. Nothing.
I get home and I have wings. Not seasoning whatsoever. Just wings.
We were tired and hungry so we had to add our own lemon pepper at home.
It seems they could care less about customer service and there was not one person to check to make sure they even had the order right.
Last time I give them my money.

Came in for my nieces 12th birthday this Sunday. Place was packed but they got my group seated fairly quickly. The food was subpar and it was way to loud to be with kids and grandparents. The best part of our experience was our server Kyle. He was friendly, on time and very knowledgeable about the drinks and food. I was worried about my two daughters ordering with out me but he took great care of them, explaining there options. First waitress my mother in-law liked and wanted to tip extra haha

Pier 88 excellent Excellent Seafood place for seafood boils … Love the atmosphere. Prices is great and they offer discounts as well as military discounts and specials. If you haven’t eaten there and you’d like Seafood, take your time to get there and have a wonderful time five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I came into to visit some family and they decided to come to this pier 88 normally they go to the one in Hampton. We had a large group so I was happy they were able to accommodate us. It took us about 20 minutes to be seated but when we got seated it took a long time for someone to take our order hence the 4 stars. But then when Bianca came she got our drinks out very quickly and got our order in fast. It did take a while for the food to come out but the specials were great. 1 lb of crab legs, 1/2 lb of shrimp, 1 corn & potatoes for $25 you can’t beat that. I really like how they have different flavors of sauce that seafood is cooked in and you can mix it together. I thought the favor was great compared to other restaurants. I will definitely come back when I’m in town again.

My experience here was a good one. It was early afternoon so the restaurant was fairly empty. I was seated promptly by “Sandy”. I think that was her name. There was only one waitress and she was working very hard. “Sandy” noticed that It would be a little while before our order would be able to be taken. She took the liberty of taking our order so that we wouldn’t have to wait. I also noticed that Sandy had many jobs. Making drinks helping with the food and everything. Kudos goes out to the her and her staff. I’ve been here several times before but have never been treated so well. The food came out fast and was fresh and hot. I ordered a shrimp boil. I also ordered a long Island. The drink was strong as i like it and the boil was tasty.It was soo good I forgot to take a picture. My daughter ordered the shrimp kids meal with a smoothie. She really enjoyed hers as well. If you want great drinks, service and food go visit them. You’ll be glad you did.
