Set in the Drive-Thru line for more than 20 minutes on a Sunday at 2:00. Did a mobile order. Hold up to the window and it still wasn’t ready. One drink more than 20 minutes of waiting. All I can hear is them fighting with the cash register for the last 5 minutes.

This is my favorite Dunkin of all time. They have always made my drinks delicious. When I ask for light ice they actually listen. The drinks are so flavorful and I’ve never once regretted going here. The staff is so kind I love this Dunkin with my whole heart. Been here 20+ times and could not complain about a single experience here.

I’ve always had good customer service when visiting here, and the team members working tonight aligned with that. I had a sweet interaction with the team member who took my order and checked me out. They were kind, personable, genuine, and a breath of fresh air. I wish I had asked for their name to give a proper kudos. Aside from that, drinks are always consistently made and is in a convenient and easy to find location.

I go to this dunkin 4 times a week. I work at 530 am and look forward to my Arctic Cherry drink from dunkin to wake up. Brittany is the absolute best. She makes sure my drink comes out quickly, she is always so kind, and she always makes my morning much easier. I will be back due to the excellent customer service and work ethic.

Most ghetto Dunkn in the area. Often closed without notice for no reason we know of because the just close it and stay inside doing whatever. I say whatever, because donut making, baking, heating up isn’t it, because they are always short on donuts…always lol The manager or assistant manager there is straight trash and probably because she’s overworked. I get it, but I didn’t fill out the application for her. I’ve been eating Dunkn for over 30 years now. Never seen a pumpkin donut half the size of a chocolate frosted. They use to be way bigger and I know because I have a photo of my 2nd born eating one for the 1st time. It’s smaller in height and circumference, but they want to charge the same smh and if you say something the manager power trips and leaves you hungry so I grabbed the try me sized donuts and left.

This is the most moronic store I’ve been to in a while. I walked in, got to see the donuts, was standing at the counter…and then told they’re closed for walk in customers……I have to get back in my truck and drive around into the tiny little drive through built for golf carts. Yeah, I’ll go to Burger King.
