Love this place! Super high quality ingredients with creativity. I love that they put French fries in one of the quesadillas. Same people that own east side banh mi! That should be enough to give it a try right there.

The quesadilla was so big I only ate half, as I also ordered sides of queso and guac and wanted to eat those fresh.
Everything was beyond tasty, and the way that the Wash works, you’re just bouncing to other shops and getting other stuff for your meal. The Wash is a spectacular place.

All quesadillas are not made the same, so I’m always leery when ordering one. Sweeza, however, did NOT disappoint! By far, the best quesadilla I’ve had in years. The best part about it is, this location has several other eateries (bays) if your party wants something different. You can find Peruvian, Cuban, Vietnamese, Thai…even a small craft cocktail bar. Not to mention, Joshua was super nice!

I’ve always loved this place, but I ordered the chopped cheese quesadilla tonight and it was so salty it wasn’t edible. It was way different than it usually is, texture was like a sloppy joe instead of a chopped cheese. I thru the other half away.

If you would have asked me a few months ago… They would have had 5 stars . Tonight.. they got my order wrong .. I can’t do sour cream … Then I had it remade.. which they accommodated .. but then my fries tasted like tuna and the rest of my quesadilla was literally flavorless… Nearly 20 bucks for one bite and I had to cook for myself after working and trying to treat myself … Yuck

Sweeza was crazy good! Love that they give you plenty of sauce with your quesadillas. Great quality ingredients, great service, and addictive food that wasn’t overly greasy or make us feel bad afterwards.

It’s great to have new restaurants opening up at The Wash. They have very tasty quesadillas and tostadas. I stopped by last night and ordered a carne asada super quesadilla with a side of fries. Everything was fantastic!

A really great take on Mexican food. They truly do everything really well from something as simple as beans to the all of the entrees and even the chips. This is one of my favorite burritos in Nashville and the burger is super unique in the best way. It feels like they put a lot of love into both the ingredients and the preparation. A reasonable price point for the amount of food as well and great hours. 10/10.

Local spot with great quesadillas and sides. They have this very unique tasting mushroom quesadilla that I crave a few times a month. I always ask for no onion or salsa due to an autoimmune condition. The lady at the window said that they would do it. I get my food, go, and as I’m driving down the street eating my quesadilla I realize about 4 bites in it’s got onions. I wake up the next morning in a full blown flare. In pain, swollen, and unable to go to work. If you have any type of food allergies THINK TWICE.
