I will start by saying the fried ravioli is good. The price however is garbage. $7.99 for 5 fried ravioli is too steep. The pizza we got was wayyy too overdone. Bottom was crispy like a potato chip. All of the dough had big are pockets in them. The crust was almost burnt. Flavorless pizza and very subpar service. Took a good 6 minute for a server to come to us when it was “set yourself” and then we saw them 2 times. Once to take food order and second to bring us the food. Wasn’t checked on or anything. This location is NOT worth coming to. I’ll stick to the canton road in Marietta location. That one is always on point.

Owner never contacted me. The cameras show what I described. Literally sitting in front of a stromboli and pasta covered with so much Parmesan it smelled like it needed monostat 7. I never touched either of the dishes nor the bread on the pasta plate. So despite asking about paying at cost for the restaurant, and being told no, EVEN THO MOST RESTAURANTS WILL JUST REMAKE THE FOD, the Johnny’s pizza made a lifelong ban decision for us with their acts.
People cannot afford this nonsense with economies as bad as now, and if this restaurant is in so much financial trouble as to make a decision like it made one would wonder why . . End edit
They made me pay for food I cannot eat. I can’t have certain Ingredients and did not see them on the menu and when I ordered the same thing from Two other Johnny’s like That one In Suwanee not far away from here, parmesan cheese was not added to it. I assume it would all be the same. My bill not Including the drink was over Twenty Dollars. I would pay for my Dr pepper since I drank half of it but I should not have To pay for their food which I did not eat and I cannot Take with me to give To someone. The restaurant chain should be more clear about their Ingredients. People who practice different religions are better off not coming here. They would have scored higher If they had changed the cost To be at cost but would not. Jews Muslims Buddhists and a multitude of other religions who can’t eat red meat beware. AT COST DOES NOT COST THE RESTAURANT ANYTHING . One other comment because Kelci F who was my server was aware that I would not eat certain Ingredients including meat because I told her that when I had her take the bacon off of my salad, she specifically said that she wasn’t aware of my dietary restrictions and so there was no way to no to leave something off that was not vegetarian. LIKE I SAID, AT COST COSTS THE RESTAURANT NOTHING. I asked and she said no because her manager would not do it NO WONDER THEY HAVE S U C H LOW RATINGS HERE

We have a Johnnys near us in Woodstock and we love it. I should have checked the reviews of this place before we came here. It wasn’t great. The tomato on my caprese was too hard to eat. I couldn’t even cut it with a fork. I eat caprese’s regularly and have never had this happen. I showed the waitress and she asked if I wanted different ones… ?! Different tomatoes? So are there not hard ones? Why didn’t I get those to begin with?! The steak and cheese had so many hard chunks. I actually wondering if there was something wrong with it while eating it then I saw others have complained about the same thing. I’d skip this location… right down the street there’s may more options.

I love Johnny’s New York style Pizza they do not skip on any of the ingredients. The employees were very friendly. Of course it is still expensive to eat out but they have good deals there.

Apparently they need new management. Went in there two times with doordash tonight first time I sat there for 30 minutes waiting on two pizzas and some hot wings still had to end up canceling the order. 20 minutes later I came back and somebody picked up that order in front of me that had just came out. Second time I went in there I went in for one pizza sat for about 10 minutes and they said it would be 5 minutes door dash sent me a thing where I can cancel it so I did because who knows. Every time I go in there dashing this happens. No reason these orders should be taken that long if you can’t get a pizza out in 40 minutes after it’s ordered there’s a problem

Don’t order take out from here. Ordered the steak sandwich and the bread toasted like soap. Who adds balsamic to a fried pickle order- I wanted ranch …also pickles tasted like wet socks. Can’t believe I waited 20 min for this. Sloppy.

Okay I hate to dish on them but lately they’ve been skimping on portion size. Really bad. The calzones are not much bigger than your fist—about half what they used to be. And this is the last few times we ordered here too. The service here is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s hard to get refills or it seems like your server is having a bad day.

A little disappointed with this Johnny’s considering I love the Johnny’s in Cumming so much. The service was haphazard, and not attentive, and my pizza was undercooked and not cut. I had to go to the bar to ask someone to cut my pizza because my server vanished. Tables were left half cleaned. There seemed to be plenty of staff, so I’m not sure what the reasoning was. I think I will skip this location in the future.

This place is amazing! The food is delicious! From salad, pasta, cheese bread to pizza. We have yet to had anything we were disappointed about ordering.

Friendly service and seating spaced out to support COVID social distancing. Pleasant environment and they have bar seating for those who prefer that type of seating or ambiance. The variety they have in food is one of the best parts of the restaurant. They have stromboli calzones subs salads capresa…. Not Just Pizza. It is one of the few places I can get what I prefer, eggplant parmesan.
We enjoyed the food and it was pretty quick. Again, the service was great, prices reasonable, and we would recommend this place for a variety of reasons.
