I would like to comment on how amazing the pizza was. I have ordered from this place three times, and each experience has been excellent. The staff are respectful, attentive, and they prepare the pizza exactly as requested. They are very kind and friendly, and it is clear that they care about quality. I highly recommend this place. Additionally, if you do not prefer pork-based pepperoni, you can request the halal version made with beef.

The pizza here is good, but the customer service is the reason I would say don’t order here if you need to feed a group. We had a birthday party for my 7 year old in a two hour window. I ordered online for a pick up time in the middle of the party so we could eat, have cake and presents at the end. Even though I received confirmation AND reminder emails. My husband waited over 30 minutes for the order after being told multiple times it would just be a couple more minutes. We were unable to serve the pizza at the party to our 40 guests and just had to send it home with people as our party time was up. And as an additional annoyance, we asked if they could throw in our ranch dressing cups, but they insisted they’d have to charge us. I would think throwing in a few ranch cups for the trouble would have been a good gesture, but not here. Pizza is good, but not worth the risk of them screwing it up.

Ordered pizza for a group. Order was on time for my pickup. Service was excellent. Price was very reasonable. The pizza is not the greatest I’ve had but it’s very good. Great place to buy multiple pizzas for a group.

Absolutely amazing! Checks all the boxes. They have halal pepperoni too! Which is really a unicorn in the pizza chains. They are really nice people and really patient to listen to all the customization. I go there biweekly. I absolutely love their Halal pepperoni pizza and the chicken pizza. I hope they expand to everywhere in USA!

I wouldn’t recommend using the too good to go app with Eagle one. They advertise 15.00 worth of food for 4.99 in a surprise bag. Not true. I went to pick mine up they cooked a thin crust pepperoni pizza worth 5.99 and it was over cooked. Very disappointed. I assume they give out the food people didn’t pick up at the end of the day on the too good to go app but possibly didn’t have any left over food. Wasn’t worth it at all!

The food is usually pretty solid. Service in store has always left something to be desired, but I get it, it’s mainly high schoolers running the joint (no pun intended considering the next bit).
When I went to pick up my order earlier today (9/25/25), there was (what I believe to be) a worker sitting out front. They got up and moved as I got closer, and I immediately could tell why. They REEKED of marijuana. It hit me like a slap going in AND coming out of the store. Perhaps it was just a rando hanging out outside the local pizza place? Seems unlikely. Especially since they got up as soon as they saw a customer…
Unfortunately, this has effectively killed my desire for their pizza from here on out (I know, I sound like an old boomer).
My advice: please have an adult manager on site full time. I’ve only ever seen kids running and manning the store, and it doesn’t appear to be working out well.

Ordered a calzone and small mushroom pizza for takeout. Was ready in 15 minutes. After one bite I could tell they use quality ingredients. The taste and flavors were wonderful. The portions were good and filling. The seating inside is not available for dining and in one corner they have stacked sodas but otherwise was clean and well lit.

The last two times I have been here I ordered well in advance, when I arrive at the time I have scheduled to pick up the pizza, they are just then putting it in the oven. What is the purpose of ordering ahead if it won’t be ready at the designated time? They are never busy so you cannot tell me that they are so busy they can’t handle the volume of orders.

The food is good but the service is not. We love going here and honestly what keeps us is the taste and prices, but the people they hire (assuming high schools or young adults) has made me want to go to other places many of times. They are very rude and get the order wrong 9/10 times. What I’m assuming is the owner is always polite and fixes the order but you have to “fight” with the kids upfront first. And I mean that in the sense as they will tell you, you are wrong over and over and cut you off mid sentence.
