Stopped in at this Mexican restaurant, and it was downright tasty. Food come out hot and fresh, full of flavor, and the portions were plenty big. Chips and salsa hit the spot, and the tacos were some of the best I’ve had in a while. Folks workin there were friendly and kept my drink full without me askin. Place was clean, prices fair, and the whole meal left me happy. I’ll be back for sure next time I’m cravin some good Mexican cookin.

Absolutely awful. There was the finger tip of a rubber glove in our tortilla packet. We had to ask for green hot sauce 3 times because the waitress kept bringing bottles that had 1/4” left in the bottle; the last one was smelly because it was old. The salsa smelled like fish. The waitress was on the phone while delivering our food and seemed annoyed with everything we needed. I don’t leave bad reviews lightly; this is my second bad experience there so I feel like it’s not a fluke. The food is way overpriced as well. Will not be back. Save your money.

Extremely expensive. Arroz con pollo does not come with tortillas, extra charge for that. Asked for green habanero sauce, server gave me a crusty old bottle that was almost completely empty. Used all of it in like 3 bites. Asked for another, got a bad attitude and another nearly empty bottle in return. Used it in 3 bites and asked for another bottle. She brought me another basically empty bottle with mold on the inside of the lid. I asked for a different bottle and she said that’s all they had. Place sucks.

Sunday, 4 pm dinner. Everything was delicious! It’s rare that I say that! Their salsa had just the right amount of spice. The Pollo Poblano was a delicious marinated and grilled chicken breast, covered in cheese, onions, and sliced poblano peppers! I had to force myself to stop eating!

We previously visited this place on a weekly basis. We went this week though and it was a complete disaster. We were told it would be 35 minutes until our order was ready. Showed up 35 minutes later to pick it up and found a line with 43 (I counted) people wrapped around the building. I stood outside for over an hour and watched the complete confusion of staff and the frustration of countless customers. We ordered food for 6 and asked the woman kindly to verify that our order was ours before taking it home. She assured me that it was ours and that it was correct. When we got home we realized that she had given us the wrong order even after we asked for her to verify it. I know I should have taken some time to do this myself but there were over 50 people outside at this time all of whom were freezing and upset. We called back 10 times that night and the line rang busy each time. Called back a couple days later and politely explained what happened. We weren’t looking for a free meal but just an acknowledgement that they messed up (a margarita on the house wouldn’t have hurt though). Instead, we were told by Claudio that they were too busy and that there was nothing that they could do. I don’t think their attitude or customer service could have possibly been worse. We would love to hear an explanation from ownership as to why they were so rude but until they get their act together we would highly recommend finding a different restaurant.

***Update*****Unfortunately the place has gone downhill even worse since before.
Under New Management which has given the place about a half a star down from one star before!!!!! Go to taco bell ! I never thought I’d say that but Taco Bell is better than this place.
I understand this is the only really sit-down restaurant in Sheridan but the food is actually horrible. I get the beef burritos and there’s nothing inside but ground beef. No seasonings. The chips are stale. The older lady who is a server has no personality and is not very attentive to you at all. I’m not the first person who’s commented about her as I look on the reviews. The only thing good there are the margaritas and even those lately have almost zero alcohol. You think for the prices that they have they could do a lot better. It’s really a shame but I won’t be back. I’d rather go to Westfield to a Mexican restaurant that has some flavor and the service is better.

Stopped for dinner before playing a gig across the street. 6 of us, quick service, nice server, chips and salsa, entrees were well cooked and tasty, beverages prompt. Not heavily spiced, just right for us colonials. Will return.

This place is so cool, the inside is awesome and so is the food. I am glad they are successful as the area is basically a war zone for the big three restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful
