I went on Sunday a few weeks ago, the service was pretty terrible. Me and my husband got one of the rolled ice creams and it didn’t come with the taco cone… I don’t know if I was supposed to request one since the person working there didn’t say anything. The ice cream was good which is why it got three stars but I won’t be returning to such terrible service.

Update to my review a couple of months ago. We went there again last week. The ice cream roll was still as delicious as before but the service was terrible. The girl working there just stares at you (no hello, no thank you, and not even a goodbye).She literally just looks at you almost like you’re an annoyance while she works with her headphones on. This was a much different experience from the last time, where the nice young man was friendly and polite, and even insisted that I watch how this roll up is made, since he could tell it was my first time there. This time, however, was not so great an experience. Because of this, I deducted one star.
Original Review: This is the first time I’ve ever been to this place and I just had to leave a review! This rolled ice cream taco is incredible and I never had anything quite like it. Extraordinarily good! And watching them make it was equally as amazing. My new favorite treat! Yum!

This place is so cute! They have neat decals all over the walls. And if you’re lucky, they will let you watch them make the tacos. Very nice shop, very nice staff. I’d definitely recommend if you’re in the area.
Also if you get it to go, they will give you a little box to take it in.

We discovered this place this week and this is our second time back already. Everything we have tried so far was great. The younger Latino guy working there is awesome. He was working one of the nights by himself and had some groups of people come in and handled it very well and worked fast. He apologized for the wait even though we hardly even waited. Very respectful of our time. Overall a GREAT experience. Worth the 45 min drive!

Products seemed very overpriced. The counter-person was bored and not too knowledgeable about their product and just pointed to their picture boards to give us more info. Just to try them out, we ordered their strawberry shakes. Terrible — just a milk shake liquid in chopped ice. No flavor at all. Won’t be returning. Good concept, poor execution!

What can I say, the taco I had was excellent! My only issue was that I had to get cash for some reason but other than that everything from the food to the price(cheaper than I expected), to the guy who made my taco were great! Shout out to him! Will be back to try the strawberry cheesecake flavor!
