We had dinner here on 8/10/2025. The restaurant is open and is as amazing as it has been the several times I have eaten here before. The food was fresh, the service was excellent and the ambience was romantic for our date night.

Oh my god my fiancé and I drove up to San Francisco and the first place we stopped to eat was Domo. She had been there years ago and raved about it. It was absolutely amazing. We live in LA and it surpassed many if not all of the sushi restaurants there. The staff was kind, the food was amazing and the atmosphere was really lively for a Sunday evening. We heard another customer tell the staff that she was glad they were still open. We did some research and found out that some woman who’s an influencer, what ever that nonsense is, trying to shut them down! Please go to this restaurant! It’s affordable, really nice and no restaurant should EVER close because of some woman on social media. Thank you Domo for a wonderful first night in San Francisco! We will be back.

I have been here 5 times and always enjoy it! It’s a solid, intimate spot for high quality sushi. On my most recent visit Frankie was playing Renaissance by Beyoncé on repeat and the ambience had never been better. Immaculate music taste! Will definitely be back.

Such a wonderful and cute place with high quality sushi and maki! We loved every minute of it, and I’ve been back several times. I particularly love that it has an indoor and outdoor seating area and most of all, that it’s quiet to hold a conversation comfortably! What a rare joy in the city!?

Great spot for small groups or dates or to catch up with an old buddy or two. Inside is pretty small but there is outdoor seating with heaters and so they are also dog friendly. The servers we had were really nice and patient as we decided what to order.
Their sushi rolls are really yummy and well composed. We also got their 8pc onakase and while I’ve definitely had better omakase in general this one still was alright.
Fun fact but I saw Draymond green eating here the next evening!

Cute ambience, solid rolls for the price, and welcoming staff. However, fish quality was not high enough for sashimi or nigiri – kampachi was good. At a similar price point consider BUBU. At a slightly higher price point consider Okane. Overall, not a bad choice for a casual night out for a date or otherwise, but stick to the rolls. Attire casual or smart casual.

Small cosy place with fresh delicious food. We came there in a Sunday night and there were a couple of spots available. Rolls came super fast and were really good. We ordered Castro (with different fish), daddy (salmon on top and crunchy inside) and Domo (very juicy baked roll). The staff was nice and helpful and the music nice and chill. I definitely enjoyed my time there and going to come back again

Sushi here is always amazing! Always good portions and the sushi is always top grade! It’s a bit on the pricey side($16-20 per 8 piece roll) but it’s mostly worth it! I’ve been here multiple times and it has always treated me well! It is a smaller location so sometimes there’s a wait but no other complaints!
