Ordered a $12 meal and simply asked for an extra small EMPTY fries cup. The cashier lady was new and just wasn’t sure so she asked the supervisor. Superior told her “no we can’t give away containers, that’s our policy” and she relayed that info to me. So I asked to speak to the supervisor directly and she said the same thing and insisted not to give a way a small empty fry cup. So I said fine here’s your food, give me a refund. She took the food and gladly processed the refund.
So you’re telling me Chickfila corporate would rather lose a customer and $12 than to give away an empty small fry cup?
(For context, I wanted to share and give some of my fries to my kid who already just ate and would probably want a small snack when he sees me eat)
Anyway, make that make sense.
Welcome to 2026 where greed runs America at every level. Apparently corporate policy doesn’t allow staff to give away a $0.01 small paper cup for a usual returning customer that just paid for a whole meal.. who will definitely not be returning.
TL;DR: support your local restaurants/businesses instead.

I was greeted and welcomed once I walked right through that door! I ordered for dine in and let me tell you the Manager here (kind beautiful black woman) is over the top the most respectful kind funny and energetic person you can ever meet! She’s patient and make sure her customers are happy. She makes this job her top priority and I love that for her. May god bless her always, I hope she gets a raise!

One star for rude customer service over the speaker regarding the mobile app and the mobile lane. No other cars behind me or in front of me I did not feel comfortable coming through the mobile app lane as there were yellow blockers that force you to merge and I was driving a big car. Guy on the speaker was so rude and refused to give me the food and advised I must go through the drive through lane and scan the QR code. so I went inside. I ordered a burrito. They didn’t give me no sauce or salsa, I think to be petty because they heard me on the headset telling them I don’t feel comfortable going through mobile lane and I will come inside. Won’t return here. And if westnedge switches to this system I just won’t go to Chick-fil-A again. I’ll take my business to canes when they open

Very disappointed about the mobile drive thru vs drive thru. Inequality between line lengths (0 mobile and 8 drive thru currently) shows clear failure in the intended purpose of this implementation. Also, evident of clear forethought before implementing changes… How do you expect your customers to see menu items as well as their prices when you stick employees in boxes away from the one clearly lit and i’m assuming (we know how that goes) ADA legible menu.
Poor design leads to poor functionality.

Showed up on a Saturday at 3pm and it was so busy there were almost no places to sit and eat (unless you wanted to sit at the bar style table 1 chair away from people you don’t know.) Luckily someone was leaving and offered their table.
Good food? I guess
Busy? Absolutely

This chick-fil-a is approximately like all other chicks-fil-a, but now they don’t use both lanes of the drive thru for everyone – one lane is normal, the other is “mobile thru,” meaning, I think, that you have to order on the app ahead of time. I know, I know – they are trying to transition people toward the app. But let me just say what the net effect is for me: one of the greatest things chick-fil-a does, the extremely fast and efficient drive thru service, has been slowed by about half. I am frustrated every time I come here, looking at the other lane as it sits almost entirely empty.
I’m certain this is a corporate decision – but it makes my experience here at this local location worse, hence the rating.

They are now pre-making food unfortunately. Went in with my son yesterday and it was the first time I got food before we could even sit down. Nothing was hot. Talked to Sydney the manager and she explained they are trying something new to keep up with mobile orders. We’re gonna try something new ourselves. When you prioritize speed over quality you lose customers. Some people are willing to wait for fresh food. She should have offered to make it fresh. She made it clear she’s fine with mediocrity. I’m not.

Chicken deluxe meal with Mac & Cheese is definitely what I expected it to be and was satisfying for my cravings for some great fast food that I haven’t had in a while. Comes with waffle fries, a fried or grilled chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, & a crispy crispty crisp to perfection spicy chicken breast that was juicy & melt’s when you bite into it..lol for all the foodies out there on a hunger streak looking to satisfy there taste bud’s with something superb & delicious I recommend Chic- Fil -A I am the Superb Lifestyle & local tour guide on google & I approve this messege!

Chick-fil-A is always a winner, definitely the best fast food place around! The Chick-fil-A sauce is fantastic, and their chicken sandwiches and nuggets are consistently delicious. Service is quick and friendly. It’s a little on the pricey side, but the great quality makes it worth it. Definitely recommend!
