Having to use a kiosk to place my order was the last straw. They have it laid out so you have to answer if you want this or that. Just let me type in what I want if I have to wait on myself. It ain’t even real food and your prices are up there with gourmet burgers. McDonald’s you are becoming obsolete and for many good reasons.

Stopped into this McD today because I was in the area on business. I mainly was there for the WiFi, but had a salad. It was average. They are all the same. Nothing wrong with it, fresh and tasty. The decor of place seemed a bit 90s, not updated like of them have been. The employees seemed a little on edge. Will return for an updated review.

The person taking our order at the drive through was very enthusiastic and made sure everything was correct. Our food was better than expected too.

Been going to this place for over 40 years and they have been so slow in the past….but not today! Order was up within a couple of minutes, staff brought food to the table, and even took our garbage for us. Best experience ever at this McD’s location!

I’ve never been to a McDonald’s that was sold out of burgers until I went here. Literally no burgers and they were out if the better chicken too so options were mcchickens or nuggets.. one employee was great and doing everything by themselves the rest seemed to be busy doing nothing.

One of the most well put together McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Food came out fast and our orders were correct and well made. It’s a very clean building as well. The young man Jacob was so kind and helpful, give that man a raise. I watched a customer walk out forgetting they ordered more but Jacob grabbed the food and ran it out to the customer. He goes above and beyond when he doesn’t have to and that’s hard to find nowadays. We will definitely stop here for food if we drive to katahdin again.

I went in post hike for some fries to tidy me over until I could get home. I ordered on the kiosk as no one was working the front, which was completely fine I didn’t mind. I then proceeded to wait 12 minutes for a single medium fry. While a group of paramedics waited the 12 minutes just to order. A younger staff member had to guide people to help the front and to get my fry, and was given a ton of attitude by her coworkers for simply trying to ensure the customers where served. The middle aged lady who was balding proceeded to swing my bag on to the counter which proceeded to dump my fries in my bag. Over all I was very upset with the experience, watching 15 drive thru cars get serviced who showed up after my simple order was placed is outrageous; and then to have to fish my fries out of my bag was upsetting.
