Absolutely terrible rip off. I came here to get 3 kids meals, a burrito, and some nachos. My cost was almost $60.
My daughter asked for one of her sides on her kids meal to be steak. No one told me they would charge me more for the entire kids meal for the “extra steak.” As you can see from the picture, the extra steak wasn’t very extra. They also asked my 9 year old what she wanted to drink, and didn’t tell her the poppi she picked would be an extra $3.20.
The steak was also undercooked. When I called them out for the overcharge she said, “you got queso and guac on everything.” To which I replied “no I did not.” They then went to look through the order(still didn’t tell me about the overcharges), and charged me the same amount. I attached the receipt along with a picture of the “extra steak” for reference.
I would say you definitely don’t want to order multiple things here. Maybe one think at a time if you really keep an eye on the uncharges.

Had a pickup order with two burritos. One chicken, one carne asada. Abysmal proportions. Very little meat in both burritos. I would say about half a scoop of their spoons worth of meat. Especially for the carne asada burrito being 13$ already and I get a mouth full of rice every bite. The 1$ red chimichurri was also barely half full. Not asking for a full container, but it was not enough.

I’ve been to this Chipotle location many times since it is fairly near to my home. The food is always delicious and consistent. I usually order a chicken bowl with brown rice and black beans. The green sauce is one of my favorites, along with the hot. There’s ample indoor and outdoor seating, and the staff members are always helpful and friendly. My only constructive feedback is that the tables are not cleaned frequently enough, especially during the busier times when it’s needed the most. Other than that, I plan to keep coming back here!

I am sad about this trip to Chipotle. This was a carry out meal for 5 of my family the other night that was awful. The guacamole was dark green, old and dried avocado – very unusual?! There were yucky old shriveled greens and a couple of chicken pieces contained gristle. I honestly never had a bowl from Chipotle with all of these in one bowl. Horrible!

It’s always an interesting experience going into Chipotle but usually turns out really good. It’s so convenient to get a balanced meal with protein, vegetables and everything that I need in my day. I actually eat here quite often and the service is usually spot on as well as the food.

Served old, brown, oxidized guacamole in my takeout order today. It was all the way through, not simply the surface and tasted bad. As instructed, I forwarded the complaint via the electronic customer support team. They denied the refund of $2.75 citing that they are unable to refund every customer with an order complaint. Over the last year or few, I have noticed a decline in the chicken quality (excess grizzle, bones etc) and have continued to try, without complaint, expecting that all businesses have difficult days. The poor food quality has been increasingly consistent and unavoidable. The in person team was above average today.

This is the worst chipotle I have ever seen. It’s right down the road and we are now driving 15 minutes out of the way to a different location moving forward.
Orders are constantly wrong, portions are out of whack, and the quality of the food is not good.
Sometimes way too salty, sometimes no seasoning at all. We have had rice that was so hard it was inedible.

WOW. Worst food I have ever recieved. Not only am I missing an item but I also paid for extra protein. Not only did I not get that as well but I also seemed to get the bottom of the pan; dried, brunt and crumbles meat pieces. If you didnt have that meat choice maybe you should have waited until I got there and offered me something else. Compelte waste of money and tip.

I’ve lived near this restaurant since it opened. It’s okay sometime and good sometimes. Tonight was the worst. The rice, protein, guacamole, and sauce were watered down. Everything. I don’t get it.
