Nick, the store manager, and all the employees immediately greet every customer who walks in the door. They are always vibrant and go above and beyond to ensure that all guests are greeted and attended to promptly. The workers have a positive moral work ethic and are always energetic and genuine in how they treat their guests.

Then they say they’ll have to give my money back the same way I gave it to them (me knowing it was a debit purchase that was not pending and they could have given me cash). After allegedly getting refunded, they initially told me it would be 3 to 5 business days. When my money did not go back to my card during that time I called the store. I was told to speak with Miranda and that she would be in a few days later and to call back then at 9am.
The day I called back they said Miranda was not in and they did not know she wasn’t going to be in. Me being me, I just said ok and asked when to call back and they said the next day after 10am to give her time to get settled in. As a government employee, I know things in the work place can get hectic, so I could respect that.
Upon speaking with her she informed me it takes 7 to 10 business days, but said I was only on day 8 (then I told her what I was initially told at the store). She said she was going to send it up anyway to see what was going on, but the lady she was sending it to like to wait the 10 days. And either her or the lady would give me a call back. No one called. Well, after 14 business/ 20 regular days I called back. The lady who answered the phone this time told me that Miranda was in the store, asked who was speaking, and asked me to hold on. Then she picks up the phone and told me she can’t find her, but then she says hold on again. Then she picks up and says nope she could not find her, and told me that she’ll tell Miranda that I called.
Today is 16 business/ 24 regular days. Let me just say that all of the women, including Miranda have been nothing but nice. So they do deserve the one star for that. But that does not give me my $31.59 back and yes, I have the receipt.
Edit 2/14/2023: I called yesterday morning in regards to the response below, it went to a voicemail, I left a message and still no response.
