Super fresh sandwiches with solid gluten free buns! Staff was helpful and friendly in answering questions about ingredients, and procedures. I ordered the swiss pastrami and it had a generous amount of meat that was well prepared.

Came by a few minutes after closing, fresh off an ambulance run, and sweet Kat still took the time to help me. She was so kind and welcoming! The cinnamon rolls were warm and fresh, and she was boxing them up for the night when she noticed me at the door and waved me in. She absolutely could’ve turned me away, but instead she still offered to serve me with a smile. Your kindness truly made my night—thank you, Kat!

Wow. Just wow, what a good experience at this place they were so fast the place looked clean and efficient. All the staffs were great and so kind!! Especially a young lady with glasses she was super sweet. I definitely recommend this place 100 out of 10 experience great employees and great management well done, well done.

This location is bit older than the new location in South Lubbock, but it still manages to taste great. The employees were quick and efficient and we had our food just after getting our drinks and sitting down. We always go with Turkey Original w/ mustard and it never disappoints. The inside was clean as well as the restrooms. Overall, we will probably go to the South location just due to convenience, but this location is still great.

An amazing place to get lunch. The young lady who was taking care of us seemed to be having a rough day but she still did the best job she could and treated us with respect, even though you could tell something was going on, she took care of her customers and still put a smile on her face, got a chance to meet the owner. Wonderful man. He was thankful we came in. He treated us with respect and he was very friendly, I will definitely be back to this location and I encourage anybody that reads this review to go into this location and try the food. You won’t be disappointed.

Went to eat around noon, and got my ticket. Food came out fast, service was considerate and swift. Only thing is the dough on the double cheese pizza was a bit burnt but otherwise alright.

The staff had great customer service they were quick and efficient the girl in the front by the name of Jessica was very sweet and professional she made sure my family had all they needed and was politely to other customers even when they were busy she made sure that all the customers were attended and the staff in the back made the food so good makes me want to come back for more keep it up schlotzsky’s with the good employees that you have I wish I could give you a hundred stars

I really cannot even give a review because my food was so messed it it really isn’t even funny. Do you close one eye to read the order? Why would anyone get a french dip without the aujous, cheese, or onions. What is this even. Seriously cheese and olives on my kids sandwich, only. Umm I paid extra for the meat. But just like every stupid place like this. What am I supposed to do? Go back up there to get my food fixed and everyone’s that was right gets cold and soggy. You should bring me my sandwich that you messed up. Bet you’d pay attention and get it right then. Now I don’t get to eat tonight because someone thinks it’s okay to not care!

180° difference!
Placed the same order as before. The Fiesta Chicken was properly made with delicious jalapeno cheesebread! It was soft and fresh and very tasty! The rest of the sandwich was great!! Quick service and quick in and out of the restaurant. Will absolutely go here again!!
