So I ordered 6 doritos locos tacos with extra beef no lettuce and seasoned rice and they decided to make all of my tacos supreme when I cant eat tomatoes. I have an allergy so I wasted $40 on my food. this isn’t the first time this has happened and I was hoping it didnt happen again but sadly the staff does not truly care. nolonger taking my business here

Pulled up to order, there were at least 4 staff and 1 manager, not one person took our order or even acknowledged us. They were too focused on an accident that occurred outside. It wouldn’t have been so bad if multiple employees hadn’t looked us in our face and still ignored us. Today 4/16 I’ve waited in the lobby for 20 minutes to not be addressed or even acknowledged. The staff who is Spanish speaking are speaking to each other but literally ignoring lobby customers. This location seriously needs revamp. NO ONE TO BE FOUND FOR OVER 6 MINUTES. DRIVE THRU IS THEIR FOCUS!

Drive through provided cold food where part of the order was missing. I had to wait 15 minutes for them to get me the correct order. They provided nasty cups that were not clean.

My order is wrong every single time. Some of the mistakes are just straight up illogical. The food is very sloppy and poor quality. Every time I’ve tried to get a cheese quesadilla here, it’s basically just an empty burned tortilla

Edit to add they are still the worst taco Bell of all time. Look at this Mexican pizza. It wasn’t even prepared. It was just empty tostada shells with a scoop of beans on one corner, covered in smashed shell and partially melted cheese. Very gross. Please skip this place. When I place a mobile order they usually make me wait 10-20 minutes also and still get the order wrong.

Tried the tostado, but it was just a glop of refried beans, where is the red sauce? Stores are inconsistent when ordering side of pinta beans. They don’t even fill the small container and often forget to add the sauce and cheese on top.

I feel like they purposely mess up orders. I have been to this location several times and every single time I have went or ordered through an app they have messed up my order. I will put no lettuce, the receipt will say no lettuce. I open the taco and it’s mostly lettuce. Or I’ll order a drink and it won’t have any ice. This location is a waste of your money. Especially since they cannot take the time to check to see if they can do less work by items not being wanted.

Ordered a chicken power bowl at the drive thru, paid for it and drove off. It cost about $9. When I reached my destination and opened the dish, there was very little food in there. I promise, there was probably less than a table spoon of chicken in there.

This is the second time I ordered this menu item, albeit at a different Taco Bell, and got just as little food. I won’t order that menu item again and will begin to.eat out less and less and less and less.

Horrible, the food as well as the employees were horrible. With all due respect, put a little more effort into your work. The quesadillas were burnt, the tacos wet. I really won’t go back to this Taco bell. There should be a manager who knows how to supervise and provide good service and the employees know how to work. I had high expectations but I left very disappointed.
