With the height of the limited time Thanksgiving submarine offered by firehouse subs I had to give it a try. The stuffing is delicious. The turkey and cranberry on top is delicious. I really am enjoying the sandwich. My biggest surprise is that to help our fellow EMS personnel in Michigan you can purchase a three dollar pickle barrel and it is absolutely beautiful And one of a kind. I am very grateful that I can help with my fellow EMS people in our state though I’m retired as an EMT. I do know they work hard and really deserve anything they can get for their updated equipment to help others. This is a limited offer, but I think it was worth it

Jan 10th i ordered lunch for pickup.We were rear ended in route to pick up and had to call in to let them know we would be late. The immediate response from the young gentleman (if i get his name i will edit) that answered the phone was “Are you okay”. I shared, we were fine and he offered several different options to accommodate the order that had already been paid for & was being made. We called over an hour later, to arrange pickup, when we arrived again, the first thing that we were asked was are we okay?
The reason I took the time to share and will call and compliment him to his manager is because I find it very rare that young people especially take the time to be considerate, thoughtful and to go out of their way to show concern. I asked him at the counter if he was the gentleman I spoke with, I hope he saw the genuine appreciation of my thank you! Again, I will say thank you for being outstanding, upstanding and congratulations to whoever brought you up, they did an amazing job!!

It was a long day
My mother in law was on the hospital for heart surgery. We had been up since 2 am sitting around the hospital waiting room waiting to hear back from news on our mother’s outcome. Her surgery went well fortunately but now she needed to rest. We left her to recover and begin our long journey home. That’s when we settled on trying firehouse on our way home.
Famished, I enter to place our order. Alas there we were greeted by Sir Gavin, a beacon of light in this dreary fog. Gavin welcomed us at our weakest and he exclaimed, “Hello, what can I get you today?” It was exactly what we wish to hear in these trying times. We ordered a large engineer. Gavin, wise as he was retort, “would you like a side pickle with that?” I nodded in astonishment. With the sense of a minor deity Gavin reaffirmed, “would you like an extra side pickle?” Gavin was shining with an aura that belonged not of this world. “Yes, thank you.” Gavin with purest of hearts and noblest of minds made us our sandwich.
The sandwich was good.

Ordered in the app, went to curbside pick up no food was there waited behind six people to be nice, got up to my place in line and was told our food was behind the counter over 15 mins. If we wanted cold subs I would have went to subway, not to mention we had our baby in the car waiting the entire time with her mom. They just said sorry, not an offer to remake, refund, etc. all kids running the place, I called after leaving disappointed they just said sorry and said I can have a drink and chips, not getting the point of fresh food! Worst customer service and operations….

First time there, it was really good! I had the 8″ Italian on wheat and a cup of chili! The sub was really good and I’d order it again. The chili was okay, nothing special and gave me instant acid reflux after 2 bites but I’ll probably eat the rest later.

I am vegetarian. The veggie is absolutely the best hot sub I have eaten. My husband and I share a medium sub which is just the right size. We always comment how good it tastes.

Customer service is severely lacking. I am a regular customer who comes in about once every 1-2 weeks for the same order every time. Me and my girlfriend always ask for the dressing on the side. When I have asked several different employees for more than one barely filled Italian dressing on the side I am bluntly told no, with no explanation. I have offered on several occasions to pay for extra and told I can’t do that with again no explanation. On one occasion I was told by an employee well that’s enough for a large, does not matter if you think it’s enough some people like more sauce than others you make great dressing why would I not want more? I just ordered 2 large sandwiches and will leave a photo of the sauce I got. Now how is this enough for a 12 inch sandwich? Even an explanation would be better than nothing and the pour excuse you call customer service.

The sandwiches here make me feel all types of ways. The the fully involved Italian is my all time favorite. The service is always fast and polite. Plus, you can order online and have it ready when you walk in. They also have the Free Style Coca-Cola machine so you can make some insane drink combinations that would be impossible otherwise.
