This particular store always has so many issues. I live down the road and have had my order canceled randomly numerous times. It’s frustrating. If it’s not cancelled, it’s delayed, if it’s not delayed, it’s wrong. store manager low key needs to get it together or they need better shift leads. I used to work in the same industry, as both a shift lead, and as a manager and literally there’s no reason to have so many issues CONSISTENTLY.
Love the folks there… most of them have been friendly, helpful, or at the very least not rude… but there’s a better way to do business. I wouldn’t be surprised if this store continuously has the lowest sales even though it’s located in a prime spot.

I placed an online order at 8 am for 2 pizzas to be delivered at 11:45 for my class. I called at 11 am to make sure the order would be ready, and they said it would be. At 12:15pm, there was no update. I called again and was told it would arrive by 1 pm. I had to cancel the order because my kids get on the bus at 1:45, and I am a sped teacher. It takes my kids a minute to eat. This ruined our class party.

Guy in the register was very defensive about not placing orders regardless I perfectly explained mine was an online order already placed, he handed the pizza without the coke and asked me very rude if there was something else ? I never felt I bothered someone with presence before like today

This store legitimately made me a Papa John’s customer. I ordered a pizza last night. Not only was it over an hour late it was cold. The store is less than a mile away but it was after hours. I know this isn’t their fault but in an attempt to heat up the pizza in the oven their was a small fire. I also called and waited another hour on the phone after which the only response was the sound of the call being disconnected. Seriously put a damper on the night.

I wish that I would have read reviews before ordering. I think that Dominos and I are no more… Called for delivery of medium pizza and order of wings. Was told by the bot that it would be one hour…okay, that is a long time but can deal. My order arrived 1 1/2 hours after it was placed. I called twice after 1 hr went by and was told the same message twice 20 minutes apart (again by the bot never spoke to a human) “boxed and ready for delivery”. I’ve had better frozen pizza, wings were good but were cold like the pizza. I tried but now moving on…

Order Friday night dinner for my kids and family. Took over an hour and 15 minutes for 2 pizzas. They kept pushing my pickup time back. Finally got the some to pick up the pizza, noticed after getting home the pizza was still RAW in the center and throughout the stuffed crust. Called the store and Noone came to the phone until after 49 mins of waiting for someone to pick up, the young lady picked up and I told her about my issue, she asked if I wanted them to remake the order or give a credit. I chose credit due to me being unable to go back the the store, as I had to work a 72 hr shift over the weekend. The young lady out me on hold and after again holding for an additional 36 mins, I finally decided to hang up and take my loss. This is the first time I’ve had this experience with this specific location but they definitely wasted my money and alot of my time. Tried to contact the customer service and they told me all I can do is contact the local store. I attempted to call thw following day, right after opening and it was another fail.

I waited over 2 hours for a pizza delivery. The tracker gives out incorrect information. I held for over 45 minutes and no one ever picked up the phone. Its been 2 hours, still no pizza, no tracker information and no one picking up the phone. This will be the last time I order from Domino’s. Poor rating. Poor customer service

Yeah that’s a hair on my wings, it’s easy to see since there no sauce really to cover it. It stated 39-49 minutes for delivery. An hour and 40 minutes later it showed up cold. I called the store because this is kinda ridiculous after spending $40. Whoever answered was rude out the gate, told me they only have two drivers, okay well accurately notate that on the app so we know our food will take almost two hours. I wouldn’t have even ordered if I had known ahead of time. Then said “you got the wings?” All aggressive like I’m trying to swindle them out of more wings. His resolution was he would remake the wings if I brought back the ones from my order and picked up the new ones myself and I quote “we ain’t refunding the whole order so do what you gotta do” after I said I’m not driving to the store. The lack of drivers isn’t the problem entirely, I ordered at 7pm, my order was prepared at 7:09 and wasn’t even put in the oven to bake until nearly 8pm. And then I don’t get it until 8:40. Poor customer service and poor quality, don’t waste your time or money. It’s not worth it from this location.

I guess I have to say in parting ways with this location that it’s been awful. How are y’all still in business. Our last 4 orders have had some sort of issue but this last and final one takes the cake with delayed delivery, cold pizza and the worst looking dried up broken pieces that looked like it has been in the street for a week. And wasn’t even the right pizza to boot. I’m guessing corporate or management will never see or acknowledge this but maybe enough people will.
