I went through the drive up which I have done many, many times in the years we have lived here this past Saturday. I asked for cole slaw. Paige asked which size and I told her any time I wanted large I was told it was only for catering. Talk about confusing. Paige explained to me there is an 8 oz. Size I could get. That’s what I wanted but no one ever took time to tell me the difference. So give Paige kudos because she is a gold star employee.

The chicken here was not as fresh as other Zaxby’s I have been to and the toast tasted like a sponge. The customer service was up to pare. However, the experience was below the bar in the fast food category.

I always enjoy zaxbys but this time I picked the wrong sandwich. I got the Cajun grilled chicken sandwich it was a nice sized sandwich & definitely juicey but I was not a fan of the flavor(it just didn’t taste good to me). The fries and tea were great as usual

Pulled up to the drive-thru around 1:00, and as always, the young lady inside had me feeling like a VIP. No attitude when I ask for extra sauce just great energy every time!
Now the lady outside? Whew. Some days it feels like I’m bothering her just by existing but hey, that regular girl inside keeps me coming back!
On days when I come inside with my work crew, she’ll even step away from drive-thru just to take our order. One of my guys mentioned how patient she is, especially since there’s a language barrier. That meant a lot to us.

I’ve used this location twice now to feed our summer camp helpers, and they always come through! Recently, I had an issue with placing an order through the app, but Calvin was incredibly helpful. He quickly resolved my issue and made sure our order was ready when we needed it. His excellent customer service made my day much easier! I appreciate their team going above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly.
