What makes a great food? Fresh ingredients and clean environment. Enjoyed Satku’s sushi and a roll at $21.49 with a bottle of water. The only reason for four stars is the quantity of the meal. The size of the roll was a little small than I used to. Otherwise a great place to bite health food. Recommend Sarku.

I really liked this place. It’s just a little stand in the middle of the food court, but the prices are great and you get to watch them make your sushi too order (which also ensures it’s fresh and hasn’t been sitting out for hours). The staff was all very friendly and the entire place looked clean and well run. The avocado salmon rolls were delicious and generous with the pricier ingredients. I’d definitely recommend it to any sushi lovers near the Mall of Georgia!

Be careful when you order. I thought I got an eel roll but they gave me a dancing eel roll. Tasted fine but apparently even touching imitation crab *that I REMOVED* was enough for my stupid immune system to make my throat itch for an hour. So yeah, check your order before you leave

Everytime I come here I get salmon sashimi and eel nigiri and it is the BEST sushi I’ve had that’s available in north Georgia. The salmon has never tasted “off” like it does at many places it’s super buttery and very high quality! Never would I have expected this from a sushi place in a mall. 10/10 would recommend!

The other day I decided to get a vegetarian roll with a friend who is an advid sushi lover. Less than a few hours later I started to violently vomit. I’ve had my run-ins with food poisoning, but never to this extent. I narrowed it down to either the rice or seaweed salad in the roll. Personally, I wouldn’t eat here again even if you paid me.
