I am a loyal customer I always enjoy the food but I don’t know when I will come back while standing in line and looking closely there is a lot of cobwebs and dust even over the food when you look over eye level and if that’s the cleanliness of the dining area where everyone can see I question the kitchen

Love going here! It is similar to Chipotle but the food tastes better and is not excessively spicy like that other restaurant is. Also, Chronic Taco has a very clean dining area!!

Half the portion size and double the price compared to chipotle. Tortillas are bought from Walmart and they’re literally pulling them out of the package in front of you. Meat is dry and overcooked. This is not authentic Mexican food by any standard.
The staff was very unenthusiastic and seemed like you were a hassle, just being there. Rude…. They made me feel like I inconvenience them to ask for a side of salsa with my burrito.
The ambience is great, but due to the food quality being substandard at best and the rude/lethargic staff, I would never recommend. You’re better off going down to the chipotle a block away from here. Over $20 for a subpar burrito that could be made at home a small cup of queso with chips and a fountain drink. Very disappointing.

The food was really good. Portions were big so we had to take food to go.
What I didn’t appreciate was the fact that the waiters were rushing everything which caused them to forget to bring me my water like a couple of times… However I can forgive them that because I really liked the food.

Food was good. The cashier was absolutely horrible! I hate to see good businesses suffer because workers are clearly not happy in life. Nice atmosphere. Outdoor seating is cool. I am keto so it was nice to have carb free options. I will be back!

Great place for fast food style tacos and Mexican food. I’d say it’s better than Taco Bell oh, they even serve beer! Just an FYI for that crowd. Great chill place, up-to-date on the décor/style. Has that chill type atmosphere.

Second time visiting and my expectations were met. Came here at the right time and the restaurant was not as packed, so I was able to get my food and take it to go.
For this visit I had the bowl-rito with pollo asado as my protein and I got it with spanish rice, pinto beans, with the Baja style which constited on lime, cabbage, cheese, pico de gallo and baja sauce. I also made my order a combo and got the chips with medium sauce and a coke.
Came home with a warm meal and everything was delicius.
As for teh restaurant, the place was kept clean and the staff was super friendly. Unlike the other competition the prices here are fair and dare I say better quality in portions and in flavors.
