First time reviewing this place even though we’ve done drive thru multiple times. Always seem to get your order right and no issues. Everyone I’ve personally encountered seems very nice and friendly. Great Arby’s location and very convenient off of Salem Church Road.

The cashier, Michelle, was really rude and seems to not enjoy her job. She didn’t say hello nor thank you. You should out someone on the front counter that enjoys working with the public because this lady is obviously miserable.

knowing this was fast food, i really wanted to cut them some slack. i ordered a Rueben with extra kraut (which i paid for) and what i got was the sandwich pictured. i cant imagine what the normal serving is. went up to the counter and asked for some extra kraut, they gave me about a thimble full. seeing how hard it was to perform this, i just decided to cut my losses and just to enjoy whatever they served me. that other sandwich is a beef and cheddar. the turkey sandwich was much better constructed than the other two. fool me once, shame on – shame on you.

Great food, always fresh. Employees are fast and efficient. However this location is way overpriced for what you buy. $9 for a new Philly cheese steak sandwich thats maybe 4 inches. I think the owner needs to revise his prices.

Tried the new bacon and brisket…delicious. Didn’t realize there were there meats on the Sammie..nice surprise. Got the meal with a shake instead of soda. Cashier was pleasant and polite as I asked questions thru the new menu items. Thank you. Restaurant is clean and crew is pleasant.

UPDATE: After leaving this review I was contacted by the district manager. He was sincerely concerned about the condition of the food I received 4/26/24. He extended an offer for complimentary meals if I was willing to try Arbys again. I accepted and I must say we were not disappointed!! I got the turkey bacon ranch sandwich, and my boyfriend got the roast beef sandwich, they were both excellent! The manager at Arbys was very helpful in making sure we received our meals. This visit and the food were 5 stars without a doubt!!! I appreciate the district manager reaching out, that says a lot about the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction!!! Thank you!!
My boyfriend picked up dinner for us Friday, April 26, 2024 after work at this particular Arby’s. He bought three chicken sandwiches. He ate one that evening, I didn’t. On Saturday, reheated one of the chicken sandwiches for lunch he cut it in half give me half and that is When I noticed the inside of the chicken was raw!!! Tried to call Arby’s but couldn’t get anyone to pick up the phone. So I’m sharing the pictures in this review. This is not ok! These chicken breasts were not cooked properly and I can only imagine how many others got sandwiches there Friday with the same issue! UNACCEPTABLE!

I love their variety and roast beef but the double beef with cheese was so sloppy and soggy with too much cheese sauce and dressing, it didnt taste good and darn near impossible to eat with everything sliding out of the bun and the bun coming apart!. I dont like my food soggy. Next time I will have to ask for roastbeef sandwich with nothing on it cause this is ridiculous..

I have had some issues with this Arby’s in the past. I don’t know if it under new management or they finally have a good crew but the last few times I have gone have been getting much better! I am on the carnivor diet so I get the bigger sandwich and just don’t eat the bun when we go.
