I ordered three of the New Matty’s Cheesy Nuggy Gravy Bowls today and it’s a meal made for a child. It didn’t match the advertised picture. About ten fries, a couple of cheese curds and nuggets and some gravy on top. Terrible service. I guess that’s what you get for the $5.00. I will not be returning to that KFC again.

Floridalma helped me at the register. She was very nice and very helpful. My food, for KFC, was cooked perfectly and I got fair to generous portions. The restaurant looked clean and the manager said hello, while passing by the counter.
The three stars for atmosphere is a result of a somewhat obnoxious homeless looking fellow who came in and began begging for water and money. He spoke loudly about the prices while telling how I had made a large order; I got an 8 piece meal.
My wife and I did enjoy our food. Getting my order to go; sure, I would come back again.

Went through the drive-thru at 7:08PM and the young girl that took my order was super patient, professional & sweet and I didn’t get her name but she has glasses and she’s African American. Lately I feel all fast food places are always rude and rushing and young kids with attitudes and today I was really happy with the customer service! Will for sure return!

Ordered a famous bowl and was given 5 pieces of chicken. I miss when the combo was $5, brought DOUBLE the chicken, and even came with a cookie. Seems like KFC is downgrading instead of upgrading… but still raising their prices..?

This was they worst KFC I’ve ever had, the pot pie was so dry and old you could see how old the chicken was inside and how dry the whole pie was from sitting around. The mac and cheese was good and the biscuit was fresh, even the doctor pepper tasted bad, sorry I went there don’t waste your money
