Had someone pick up an order for me. Not only was the order wrong, but they did not clean the seafood. Had to clean the shrimp and I don’t even know what type of fish this is. Also, I ordered french fries not rice.
Update the food was not edible so I threw it out. The fish was terrible if you can even call it fish. Please save your money. I would request a refund, but they’re so low not even worth going to fight with them. They obviously are struggling

Food was great but the service was poor! I was given a price over the phone when I placed my order which was different when I picked up my order. When I asked about the price I was given an attitude. I checked my food and was shorted three wings and yes it matters because I paid for them!

He said the food will take 18 minutes. He gave me the choice to wait or leave if that’s too long… So I will give them 20 minutes…

Was lucky and no one was there when I ordered. Food was done in about 10-15 minutes. Coming back inside to get the order there was so many people lined up. The food is good as always got chicken shrimp and fish.

I used to like them but the worst . The service sucks! One time, for my event, they weren’t open at pickup time and laughed about it. Another time, my family gave me another chance because it is a convenient location to go to, but again, incomplete order and long times for orders. It’s been a few times. I’m the past on the wait, which we look past, but not being reliable for open times when advanced orders have been made and complete orders are unacceptable. Btw note: This review is on the East orange location. I found that the Newark location service is better even though my fish wasn’t all that good, but we will go there if need be for now on.

We tried to order four times on the phone. They do NOT speak English, they were extremely rude and hung up on us. They have zero people skills and do not like customers. I would stay away.

I was excited to try this place based on the reviews but I wasn’t that impressed. I ordered a 10pc buffalo wing with fries and a small onion ring. The fries were missing from my order and the buffalo wings honestly weren’t that great. Onion rings were just okay also. I will say that my food was prepared very quickly and the service was friendly. Pricing was reasonable as well. However, the food just wasn’t good enough to get me to come back.
