We always go to this location and it’s always been a hit or miss however I think this time has been our last. The portion are extremely low for the price, we have to argue with staff to get decent servings and still get crumbs, we went in and asked for a side of guacamole and queso for our chips we usually get the bowls. Today when we went in we got a dollop of each, we didn’t realize until after we paid, when we did say something the guy checking us out told us that they no longer serve the big ones not sure if he was telling the truth or not because he seemed very displeased to be there. $6 dollars for two small containers of queso and guacamole with no chips is crazy. I’m not a person to leave reviews at all. Ever. Even when I have an issues I usually just let I go because I don’t let it bother me. Today I came in to get a bowl. The girl running the register and running the food, was rude the entire time. Her attitude was extremely bad. When I said can I have extra chicken, she was snappy and rude with her reply and then she just threw my bowl down towards the other employee. She was rushing hardcore. I understand there are people and you need to be fast past but she was not handling it. I asked for the small bag of chips, aggressively she said “ we only have 2.18 bags of chips” I said yes that is fine I’ll take that. Then she threw my food in the bag, and I didn’t even get to ask for a drink and she said it’s ready for you to pay and add tip and moved on to another customer. With how she handled that and how rude how much attitude she had I paid and left, I didn’t even bother to ask her to ring up a drink because it was uncomfortable experience for me. I honestly didn’t even want to pay for my food. It was uncomfortable to be treated that way again in understand having bad days or being busy. I truly get it. But It sucks to have to deal with someone rude

We had previously ate here often, we placed an online order on 2/14 and picked up, wasn’t bad, seemed quick n easy on a busy day. Food said it would be ready by 1:10pm we got there at 1pm it was ready, got home and found they put onions on my burrito and the corn salsa, food had been real cold as if it sat a long while, i don’t like onions i also pick the specific salsa that has none in it, and this is now the 2nd time they put onions and corn in my burrito. Bad and last experience here, what gets me even more upset is i get a survey asking how my experience was, i give my issues they ask if id like a cb or email, i said yes and nothing. It tells me the customers voice and complaints mean nothing to this establishment.

Service is not the greatest. Skimpy on portions and I always have to ask for more. One time an employee was on the phone for a personal call and when I came back in because they barely gave me any chips for my queso, he acted like it was an inconvenience for his little call he had goin on.

DO NOT USE THE QDOBA APP. I REPEAT FROM THE TOP OF MY LUNGS: DO NOT USE THEIR APP FOR MOBILE ORDERS.
I just experienced the most aggressive/defensive person on the phone when I was calling about an incorrect item. Apparently, if you order through the qdoba app and an order is incorrect, the location cannot give you a refund like you would get by ordering through DoorDash and reporting an incorrect item. So if you ordered a burrito and received a quesadilla… sorry! Nothing they can do. Extremely upsetting.

I probably shouldn’t say anything, but this got to me. I told the guy chicken for meat- but I said “ill take as much as you can give me” and he was measuring out the spoon and said “is this enough” I was like sure, I guess, again, ill take as much as I can. And he stopped with just that scoop. (It was NOT very big). Then my fiance gets his and his burrito had a heaping pile of chicken, I said- darn why didn’t I get a scoop like that?!? The fact that i went out of my way to ask for more, then got less than normal (normally like 2 scoops), really got to me.

We waited 30 mins for our food to be actually cold, wet the meat fell right threw the shell. Messed up a cheese quesadilla kids meal, had no kids drinks or the drinks we ordered, forgot multiple toppings. They always seem like theyre high, rather than working. $30 on actual trash, jokes on me though, if you don’t want to work just quit.

I DON’T THINK SO…. the tall white guy with the beard has very bad customer service and has managers under age closing the store he talks about all his employees just all around a terrible person! 0/10 recommendation
